Maayos nman ang hotel, ok ang mga staff. Ung basahan lang nila not advisable specially with kids kasi madulas xa. At kahit non smoking room xa but still you can smell the cigarettes smoke sa hole way. Pero sa pice nila ok na po un.

The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste.
The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

No, no, no!
The hotel is pretty old and it needs serious maintenance. I booked two nights as the location is convenient. However, the air-conditioning is VERY BAD. It's an old AC unit and so noisy that I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs. I changed rooms, but it was the same. Unfortunately, I had to leave and find another hotel as I couldn't afford another sleepless night.
The staff is very nice. They even apologized and understood the situation, but there was nothing they could do about it.
Breakfast - ( bread, rice and boiled eggs), literally almost nothing.
So, don't waste your money as I did!

Perfect location for everything: laundry, restaurants, churches, and malls. You can walk to the street where Sinulog is celebrated.

Quite an old hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of room for improvement on cleanliness side. My room has mosquitoes and I managed to kill a few. Some stains on wall. I thought is paint but when I wipe with wet wipes, I could remove it. There are some stains on chair too. At first I thought there is no hot water. But when I took a bath again at later, there is. Thus I think it might due to too many ppl taking bath at the same time. If you walk left from the exit, there's a night bazaar. Quite a lot of nice local food there. And if you continue until the junction, there's a mall and nice lechon restaurant. On the right, there's 7 11 and pharmacy. So location is quite nice and convenient.

I love staying here. It’s a close walking distance to downtown Cebu. It’s just steps away from University of San Carlos Main

The place is very accessible and in downtown. Daily cleaning is thumbs up but they dont give extra water during cleaning. Also no dental kits and no cup or electric kettle for coffee in the room.
Welcome drink in the penthouse is cool. Love it
