Location is acceasible to shopping center. While stay is good no phone can be found in the room for requests during our stay.

Hotel is clean and very close to ayala. We only stayed for a day for a stopover so we didn’t get to use the amenities. The bed is big, clean sheets, probably need new towel supplies as the ones we got were a bit old and rough.

It was really near Ayala center and easy access to all sorts of places. Place is clean and good for the price.

Nice hotel in a good location in Cebu City. I think they could have a tourist desk information over there to help their costumers.

Little issue with hot water, it didn't work, but since i qas already shortly begore checkout i didnt bother to ask front desk

When we game 20:45 they were closing buffer but they could ask if we will take food to rom, but no.
TV out of order. In internet on site to Trip you can see that hotel is in the shopping mall !! But it is NOT THERE . That was why i ordered this hotel. Trip have a BIG LYE.
