Hotel Elizabeth never disappoints us. It has a different atmosphere about it than the other hotels in Cebu. We've stayed 10 days in 2 of its locations and love the hotel so much, we didn't even go out and sitesee. Staff in Cebu & Baguio City know us & treat us like distinguished guests. Mall 3 minutes away. & for 15p you can catch jeepney 04L to SM city

I always love staying here because of the good location, so near ayala mall and major banks in PH. The rooms are spacious at a reasonable price. Buffet is great. I’d definitely book again.

We had a great time last weekend! Staffs are kind and accommodating. Hotel is just a walking distance from Ayala and there's a convenient store nearby. ^^

Nice and friendly staff. A big shopping mall is close from the hotel but it takes more than 30 mins from airport. Breakfast is good. They serve different menus every morning. The toilet was clean but the shower area wasn't clean. The floor is always slimy and it never has a clean smell. The corridor and room were always extremely smelly. Air-conditioning has a dusty smell too. I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very closed to Ayala malls. It is very accessible to almost everything. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

the servicewas really good and staff was very friendly as well. the reception is open 24 hours so it was very convenient to check out at night.

The room is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The Jr. Suite is inexpensive and spacious. The bathroom tub faucet needs maintenance.
The kitchen and wait staff of the hotel isn't great. For instance the service water is often dirty. There are often dirty dishes. The wait staff are below par, often failing to provide basic service (serving the dirty water or clearing away dirty dishes).
The housekeeping staff are super friendly and do a great job.
I think for the price it's a great choice for a hotel.

Nice hotel. Very convenient to Ayala mall. Love the bed. It’s just that no big sofas in the lobby.
