Very helpful and friendly staff in the middle of a huge blizzard. They were very busy but attentive. Very basic rooms but clean with good beds. Breakfast was convenient and the coffee was really good for hotel coffee. Close to CID.

Hotel is clean, most comfortable beds in a hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff is very friendly as well!

Be advised that shuttle service to airport has limited hours and you may have to take taxi rather than shuttle.

The bed and pillows were amazing,
shower was great, and it was very quiet.
Awkward finding the correct entrance driveway and then walking in looked like I was walking into a small market.
When I asked if I was in the correct spot for check in, the hotel check in guy seemed irritated or frustrated with my question.
(Maybe they get that question a lot?)

There was one recycling bin that had trash in it and no other way to make sure recycling was done.
I was charged an auto $50 incidentals fee on top of a $125 room plus taxes.
$180 for one night with $50 that supposedly will be refunded.
A small card with the room key card stated it came with free coffee, tea. and hot cocoa, a gym and a pool.
No hairdryer.
I didnt know this till check out because i didnt read the card. Read the card to know whats included and what isn't ;)
Literally right next to the car rental return and the airport with a free shuttle starting at 5am.
Very quiet!
They were kind enough and had room to let me check in early, which was super nice of them.

So clean! So friendly! Breakfast started at 5am on Saturday which was so nice for us! We would stay here again if we travel back to the area!
