First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

This place is so clean that I actually gave my granddaughter a bubble bath! She is 4 years old and did not want to leave! She enjoyed the pool as well. The staff were all very friendly but especially the waitress at the pool. I don’t recall her name but she was attending us from 12pm to 3 pm on Monday the 10th of June. She went above and beyond! We will be coming back! Thank you so much for everything!

It was our first experience staying at Melia Resort Hotel, it was Exceptional, The Resort very is Clean the staff very Friendly, Professional and Polite, our room was a studio apartment most of all, the accommodation I mention that our son use a transportation chair they give us a room very specious like an apartment, it was very nice of them, Thank you, Thank you, I will recommend it to our friends and families, it is near to the Disney theme Park. This Resort it is very convenient to shopping center Publix it’s around the corner. We Love it, would we come back? OF COURSE!!! Thank you.

Had a good stay. Had some AC problems but they eventually handled it and the front desk manager made sure we were taken care of. It is a bit of an older property we’ve stayed there’d for many many years but you can tell they do their best to keep it up as much as possible. There was little gate keeping with the use of the pool so it was crowded and we know there were ppl there that were not staying at the hotel. All in all it was what wer were looking for for a small staycation

Meliá is a beautiful property and the best part is the environment at the pool. Perfect for a family.

We recently stayed for a sports tournament nearby. The property was very clean and had a variety of restaurant choices within 2 miles. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and full kitchen.
There is an onsite restaurant and some nights, live entertainment on the patio.

The staff and their friendliness was great. Cleanliness is defiantly needs to be a focus. Also don’t advertise the Wilson is open until 11 then inconvenience clients when they check in late by telling them you all decided to close early. Also pool is super noisy be not relaxing.

Great property, ppl at front desk very friend and I felt very safe. Only on problem during the stay…they didn’t have any washcloths!!! I ask the maid and she said they didn’t have any!
