Amazing activities and superb surroundings! The Abbaye is stunning. Breakfast is amazing, as well as the afternoon snack. The kids were in paradise with so many things to do. The Gaming room is a massive hit as well as the cinema, and the heated pool. Overall this is an amazing property

We are delighted to soon be staying at the Abbaye in early December to celebrate an anniversary! In fact, we made the decision to sacrifice a few days of our short Paris visit to make the most of this beautiful property. We had a few outstanding questions regarding logistics and in calling the hotel, I was provided with immediate answers, helpful insight, and absolutely superb customer service from the front desk and the reservation team. If this is any indication of what’s in store, I am thrilled! I’d like to especially acknowledge Rafael and Adele for their kindness, professionalism, and patience. We are truly looking forward to enjoying all the offerings of the Abbaye, especially exploring the grounds by foot and boat, wellness services, petting some farm animals, as well as indulging in the on-site activities and restaurants. This will be my partner’s first time to France and I know he is in for a memorable experience! I will happily update this review upon completion of our stay.

The abbey was closed and it looks like it will be closed for quite some time. We rode there on bicycles, so the disappointment was serious, as we had to ride back up the steep hill without seeing a thing! Perhaps a sign in Cernay to say that the abbey is closed would help the tourists, who no doubt come especially to see this historical complex.

J’ai été au brunch de de l’abbaye des Vaux de Cernay il y a quelques temps J’ai donc réservé pour ma famille, je ne me suis pas renseigné du tarif… La qualité du brunch était excellent Le service était aussi tres bien Par contre à ma grande surprise le prix a plus que doublé de 60 à 145€ par personne….. C’est une augmentation plus qu’exagérée De plus au moment de payer je n’ai pas compris que la machine CB me demande si je veux mettre une somme de complément de service. Je croyais que le service était compris en France… Nous ne sommes pas aux USA Je trouve ces deux surprises financières bien désagréables. Donc je n’y retournerai sûrement pas. « Le trop est l’ennemi de bien »

Excellent moment pour un endroit qui a ete brillament repris. On s'attend a un sejour un peu vieillot dans un chateau avec des courants d'air dans les chambres, on arrive dans un domaine savament rehabilité, redécoré dans les moindres details et tres confortable. La restauration est tres bonne et les activités nombreuses. Le personnel est tres avenant seule reserve, les creneaux d'1h à la piscine et une experience personnelle tres moyenne en massage au SPA.

Quel endroit magique !! Cette abbaye récemment ré-ouverte après quelques mois de travaux est toujours aussi majestueuse. Nous avons réservé le brunch au réfectoire des Moines pour un anniversaire, c'est juste wahou !! Accueil, service, ambiance, confort, mets fins, carte des vins tout à fait pertinente... tous les indicateurs au vert !! Profiter ensuite du parc, des animations, des salons pour un moment de détente... Une superbe expérience.

Une soirée et une nuit extraordinaires !!accueil parfait sur des lieux imposants et très bien mis en valeur : architecture originale conservee,et espaces de vie complètement intégrés dans ces fondations historiques.prestations de grand luxe qui ne souffrent d’aucune critique.domaine tres étendu qui s’ouvre à la détente et au bien etre.absolument sublime.

Quelle expérience dans ce lieu unique! Je tenais a partager mon expérience dans ce lieu unique car nous avons été littéralement émerveillé du début à la fin. J'ai fait beaucoup de restaurants dans ma vie et croyez moi, celui-ci a quelques chose de spéciale.. Premièrement la décoration, l'atmosphère, et la beauté du lieu vous ramène tout droit au temps du Clergé et de la noblesse. C'est assez déroutant! Puis nous avons été accueilli par Alexandre qui s'est proclamé être notre "chasseur" . Celui-ci nous clairement accueilli en nous expliquant toute l'histoire de l'Abbaye, en terme d'immersion et d'expérience client nous étions servis! Un vrai service Palace, rien n'est laissé au hasard! Julien qui l'a secondé a été aux petits soins et vraiment attentionné. Un grand merci à lui aussi. Entre le Pithivier et le Capraccio de St-Jacques puis le Poulet rôti morilles et le turbot aux champignons des bois accompagné d'un sublime Gevrey Chambertin, c'est a ce moment là que j'ai su que j'allais revenir. A la fin du repas, Augustin nous a fait voyagé une dernière fois en nous faisant visité les Bars ainsi que la grande salle du petit-déjeuner et du Brunch. Bravo à toute l'equipe restauration. C'était je crois, un sans faute. Nous reviendrons pour un nouveau voyage dans le temps. Mais je n'oublierai pas d'apporter un Cohiba.. :)
