The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets and takes such wonderful care off.

I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. One of the most positive notes of this hotel is certainly represented by the staff who are very kind and professional in the reception. The furniture is elegant, the room in which we stayed was quite wide, the bed and the comfortable couchs. The room was blind but the air conditioning was well functioning. The hotel offers guests a variety of swimming pools, including a very large pool, to which outside people can also access. In general, it was quite comfortable, although sleep was a little disturbed by a little too intense smells, present in the room and some night clacson (but it was feragost). The style of the outdoor bar where breakfast is made does not reflect the style of the hotel.

In pieno centro a Pontedera, si trova questo albergo ” museo” con un misto di arredi antichi e anni 50-60. Dipinti e pezzi d'arte ovunque. Un mix molto interessante e curioso. Gentilezza d'altri tempi chiudono un ”quadro” ( concedetemi il gioco di parole) estremamente piacevole . Colazione abbondante. Da provare assolutamente. Tornerò certamente

I spent two nights at the Tuscany Inn in October 2023 because I wanted to see if it was suitable for hosting 50-60 relatives between the December holidays. Yes, it is very suitable. This hotel is really recommendable: modern, very clean, spacious rooms, excellent conference rooms with IT infrastructure, delicious Tuscan cuisine, right next to the motorway exit, 400m from the train station, parking on the roof terrace, free access to the fitness centre, a few minutes walk from the centre. It is rounded off by extremely friendly and competent staff. Bright, large quiet rooms, even on the side of the Lucca - Firenze railway line as it only runs during the day. Very clean room. Gastronomy : 9 out of 10 points, an excellent rating for a hotel. Last but not least, the prices are right.

We decide to stay here one night at the end of December! We book the apartment on the ground floor so our kid does not disturb (it would not and did not disturb) if it is to go out so many times a day. The first night they call us saying they moved us to a top place because we had children next door, they ask us to do that, we do not understand the reason but agree. The apartment on the first floor is nice, except that in 2022 I don't know how to make a choice, but it's right! At the check in gentle staff, though the lady fled, said, “I expected a smaller dog” (no one asked for the size and measurement of the dog). During breakfast a beautiful cat turns around the tables, so it is impossible to have breakfast with your dog under the table, but sure this is our problem! High price, but it will be December! Fine.

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to.
