Located alongside a babbling brook that can be heard while relaxing on your back porch, our 4 cabins are located in a quiet, wooded area. You will be renting the Sojourner (Cabin 4) which is a cozy studio cabin that sleeps two people in a comfortable pillow top queen size bed. The space has one full size bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, toaster, griddle, drip coffee maker, and a microwave. There is a propane gas grill out back of your cabin as well as a fire pit to enjoy with complimentary firewood and we invite you to relax in front of the Roku Smart TV or on your private back porch. Sip your morning coffee as you take in the beautiful scenery around you and enjoy visits from the friendly deer and rabbits that live on the property. Buckingham cabin #2 is a freshly built cabin that sits right on Summersville Lake. With its hand crafted, detailed woodwork and spacious layout, it is sure to please and make your Lake getaway one to remember. Although Buckingham cabin #1 & 2 properties both join Summerville Lake property, there's no direct access to the lake. Buckingham cabin 1 & 2 sit side by side, with yet enough yard space between the two cabins for privacy. Making both cabins the perfect place to book for multiple families to vacation together. Wanting to do more than just sit at the cabin and enjoy the views of the lake and hearing all the fun being had on the lake? Well, driving distance to beach access and boat launches are only a mile away. The famous ice cream shop (Fat Eddie's) is within walking distance. There, they also offer paddle board and kayak rentals. This spacious cabin is a short distance from endless fun. Boating, swimming, hiking trails, lighthouse tours, New River Gorge National Park, zip lining, white water rafting, rock climbing, and so much more. Then after a long day of adventure, kick back and relax in the new 5 person hot tub. While this cabin is themed with beautiful woodwork and gives you the rustic cabin feel, it also provides you with up to date amenities. In the kitchen, you should find everything you need for preparing your favorite meal in the line of cookware and accessories. A double door refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, overhead microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen bed in each. 2 queen beds in the loft, and a sofa queen bed in the living room. All linens are provided for those as well. A new washer and dryer in the laundry room. All you should need to bring with you is food and clothing. The whole family or any group of friends can hang out in the spacious living room, kick back in the loft with a good book while beautiful views of the lake are in front of you , relax on the large deck while grilling and watching the kids run in the yard, or enjoy telling stories by the fire pit. Outside is an elevated deck with grill and outdoor dining, plus a new hot tub, lounge chairs and your choice of a wood-burning fire pit or gas fire table.Ascension is a single level cabin with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our kitchen is fully supplied for your cooking, baking or grilling needs. Our coffee bar has several options for your morning brew, and there’s a great coffee shop 5 minutes from the cabin. Relax on the swing on the front porch or enjoy our outdoor amenities on our rear deck and large backyard. We have foosball, Pac-man and streaming TV for indoor entertainment. The cabin has a gas-powered whole-home generator as a backup in case of power outages.We welcome well-behaved dogs (non-aggressive breeds) at the house. We do ask that dogs stay off beds and furniture (we provide a doggy bed) and that guests properly dispose of pet waste. Dogs must be under direct supervision of owners, and not left alone at the house uncrated. We provide bowls for food and water, but guests must bring dog food.The cabin has Starlink internet, with the "best effort" plan.
