This area of Southwest Virginia, known as the scenic rich “Blue Ridge Highlands”, is replete with historic beauty and offers something for all seasons. The world famous "Back of the Dragon" motorcycle stretch of Hwy 16 is only 3 miles west of our cabin on rte 42. As a testimony to the beauty of the area a Lassie movie was made in this valley.
