Welcome to our cozy chalet! Sleeps 4, located within the gated Tiger Run community, just 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts. Our 600 sq. ft. chalet is a small, yet quaint getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! Upon arrival you will find 2 parking spaces in our private driveway. Enter into the Colorado room and find coat racks and baskets to store your gear. When you step further inside, you will find an expandable table, perfect for meals or family game nights and a coffee bar with a keurig coffee maker. Additional Mr. Coffee maker in kitchen.In the main cabin, you enter into the living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two swivel/glider chairs, big screen TV and an electric "fireplace" heater to warm you on cold nights.A small, yet well stocked kitchen leads you to the bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and built in dresser drawers. The small bathroom is off the kitchen with shower. Step out the back door and view the mountains and open space. The deck with BBQ, picnic table and rocking chairs has ample seating to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Just down the steps is a cozy fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs! From here, you are steps away from the beautiful, flowing Blue River.Enjoy the Clubhouse amenities-indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, game/arcade room, fitness room, reading room, showers and laundry room with machines that take coins or credit cards. Located 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts, you are close to all the action, without being in it. The cabin is luxuriously furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, washer, dryer, gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat (perfect for your feet after a long day in ski boots!). The open loft overlooks the main living space and provides a nice retreat for those looking to relax with a good book, or for kids watching cartoons. We participate in a clean linens program that assures all linens, including down mattress covers, are changed in between every visit. As a family that travels frequently, we personally enjoy the comfort of knowing everything is clean and fresh. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity, private toilet room, and large walk-in closet. Two upstairs bedrooms both provide queen size beds, large closets, and a second master bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower. The loft is furnished with a new sleeper sofa (queen size) and entertainment console. All beds have new pillows and new synthetic down comfortersDownstairs, you will find a large oversized room that is perfect for playing or spreading out. The downstairs room is nicely furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and a sectional couch. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. The two car, heated garage will keep your vehicle out of the weather. We are centrally located in Summit County and a great place to relax after an adventurous day. We have a gorgeous corner lot that is great in the Spring, Fall or Summer. While staying with us you will have the use of the clubhouse which is just around the corner about a 1 minute walk.
