Our cozy cabin is located on Lake Cumberland in Monticello close to Somerset and two great marinas, Conley Bottom being our favorite! We have partial lake views in the fall, winter and spring and a hot tub on the deck to enjoy the views, along with the fire pit below. We have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a pull out couch. The large wrap around deck is perfect for playing games and hanging out. Please note there is no lake access from the property. Perfect for big families or groups with a large kitchen and common area, spacious bedrooms, and large deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of activities nearby year round from boating, to hiking to shopping and dining in Somerset. Let us help you plan your activities! We pride ourselves on providing a clean, fun environment for our guests. We stay at vacation rentals a lot and you can always tell what properties are just an investment and which ones the owners use themselves. We have a lot of extras like tons of kitchen utensils, bowls, etc. and plenty of towels. Plus we have corn hole boards and bags, lots of games and toys for kids, a fire pit with stocked wood, etc. We even have things you may forget like a toothbrush, sunscreen, etc. We want you to be able to fully relax when you get here!Please note: While we are on the water, there is no lake access from the house. When you’re on the lake at Cumberland it’s beautiful because there are very few docs, you can’t cut trees down at the lake shore and it’s a steep incline. Therefore most houses don’t have docs or lake access. However, we’re in a great spot with a lot of close lake access points. Our cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen, a sleeper sofa with a queen sized bed, and an open floor plan. The outdoor entertainment deck is a must see! Full size air mattress available upon request. Our home has one full bathroom, one with a full size tub and shower. There is an open floor plan with eat-in kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Kitchen is stocked with dishes & cookware. We have a washer & dryer located in the cabin for your use.The spaceYou will love the entertaining patio that connects the two cabins! Large groups can rent both and have a nice, private experience. We have lots of wildlife that visit the front yard. Sit and enjoy the serenity on the front porch that features a swing and bench.
