el dia de mi reserva marque para confirmar que nos iban a recibir con mascota y nos lo confirmo la srta jennifer. posteriormente y despues de un viaje se casi 6 horas al llegar al establecimiento no nos permitieron el acceso, no solo eso no nos dieron opciones siendo que ellos habían cometido el error al confirmarnos, tuvimos que regresarnos en carro exponiendonos porque llegamos después de la 1 am a nuestra ciudad de origen, no nos dieron opciones de entrar a sus instalaciones.
ademas de eso ya habíamos pagado el 100% de la estancia no nos dieron opcion a reembolso y le echaron la culpa a la pagina de internet.

Beautiful location not too far from resturants along the beach.
Comfortable clean spacious room good beds good shower . Nice pool and small private beach.
Resturant dinning NOT 4 * standard and perhaps over ambitous.

Stayed here for 2 nights, what a great hotel! Not sure what kinds of rooms there are but we had one on the second floor with an ocean view! Pool was nice as well and the beach was small, but not crowded. There is a restaurant which is okay for dinner. Food is good but the waiter didn’t speak much English and had to come back to our table several times before putting in the order. He was very friendly though. The hotel could do with some minor improvements. The lighting in the bathroom was very weak and there was a broken socket under our beds which looked dangerous. Other than that a nice hotel which I’d definitely recommend!

My husband and I came for the first part of our honeymoon and wish we planned to stay longer. It has all the feelings of a resort with the added benefit of being quiet and remote. We rented a car to drive about an hour to the ruins at Edzna (which we also highly recommend over more Frequented ruins). There isn’t much surrounding the hotel which makes it even quieter and peaceful.

Hace 6 años encontramos este hotel por casualidad en nuestro paso a Cancun y la pasamos tan bien que decidimos regresar a pasar nuestra vacaciones de navidad aquí. Ahora que tuvimos oportunidad de recorrer y conocer más de Champoton, Seybaplaya y Campeche, puedo decir con toda seguridad que este hotel tiene la mejor playa de la zona. Es una playa privada, super tranquila, con arena blanca y una vista increíble. El hotel es hermoso y aunque ya le hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, estas son muy amplias, cómodas y super limpias. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y a precios justos así que ahí desayunabamos todos los días antes de salir a explotar la zona. El WiFi funciona muy bien, la alberca es grande y con una vista impresionante. Además te prestan kayaks sin costo social y eso se agradece mucho El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir en casa
