Hotel Shivalikview

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. Dirty room, poor bathroom hygiene

I stayed in deluxe room on 24th sept night i must say room is specious but lack in cleanliness, hygiene in washrooms bed sheets quality mattress quality towels quality were very poor. Mattress was old and fit for sleeping tv was very difficult to operate this hotel lacks basic requirements of a 3 star hotel

Very confused and unprofessional hotel. Our rooms were not even ready till 3pm ( checkin time - 1pm). The reception had no idea about what was going on. The booking was half board but the reception did not confirm and just said that the booking is only for room charges. I had to call the travel company to get that sorted. Rooms are old, not great amenities Only positive, very close to sector 17 market. Food was average.

Staff were polite and courteous. Location perfect-sector 17 good parking space. Room was spacious and neat amenities were available as mentioned. Pool was operational. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with wide variety to choose from. Wifi was functional. Room service was quick. In room dining- food was good quality.

It was great stay had delicious breakfast and dinner. Only concern is rooms dampness stayed in 524 required maintenance. Need to look after for this beautiful property. Otherwise hospitality is great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. Here’s my breakdown: 1. Amenities: the hotel boasts excellent amenities. From the cozy rooms to the courteous staff, i felt well taken care of. 2. Cleanliness and safety: the rooms were spotless, and safety measures were clearly a priority. It’s reassuring to stay in a place where hygiene is top-notch. 3. Staff behavior: the hotel staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness. Their behavior contributed to a pleasant stay. 4. Breakfast quality: now, here’s where we hit a minor bump. While breakfast was decent, i believe there’s room for improvement. Perhaps diversifying the menu or enhancing the quality of items would make mornings even better for guests. In summary, apart from the breakfast, everything about this hotel met or exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return for another stay.

Obviously the hotel is no longer fresh. But the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The gym is great with a coach and quality equipment. I recommend.

Hotel was good, nice staff, good room. Nice location, corporative staff. Enjoyed every movement. My stay was really good with him. Thank you shivalik view.

I have stayed for 2nd time in the past 2 months and the woodwork is not good in rooms, was not able to close washroom door and there was seapage smell too.
