Hotel Landmark

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms and washrooms are worst and unhygienic. Wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

The hotel booked is not fulfilling basic requirements, no remote for ac and no tea, coffee, hot water kettle in room, for late night or early morning study needs. I thought. Poor service

It was good but not as per expectations behavior of room service person is not good

I was on a business trip and stayed in this hotel after 4 years. The staff probably has changed. The response of the staff was very cold.

I booked club room however room and bed size was too small as compare with description on app. They disturbed whole night as room was too near of reception area. Room interior is old not new as shown in pics.

All are well and staff also good. Food quality and presentation are so nice. Hotel neat n clean and staff so polite and respectable.

Very untidy rooms, full of seepage and with a very bad smell. Washrooms were clean but the flush system was not working. So over all my experience was very bad with them and staff don't have manners to speak to a client as well. They are in there ego.
