It is a beautiful property and the good is good. Their staff is terrible. They just do not smile. The staff needs training and good supervision. Their room service guy used the used towel to wipe the basin, It was seriously disgusting.

Very badly maintained. We used to always stay in this hotel a few years back and i booked it again this time without checking the reviews. But it’s in a bad shape now. They hadn’t even mopped the room although we called and informed we would be reaching. The mattress was smelling of pee. They had unmarried and cheap couples coming in. Breakfast was in the basement. I was wary of trying anything. Staff was pleasant but the owner needs to maintain the place.

Dirty linen. Shady rooms. Not a comfortable hotel to stay in. Very casual behaviour of the staff, mm t should inspect the hotel

Ac not working, only heat working. Humid room and cockroaches moving in the hotel. Such bad experience. 1 out of 10. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.

Very loud music during weekends, if you are looking for peaceful stay than this hotel is not an option

The room was really terrible the hygiene of the room was really bad there were insects and even the water was leaking and the bedsheets were smelling really bad and the staff wasn’t even polite there were no etiquettes they wasn’t even sounding professional, overall experience i’ll rate a big zero.
