Staff extremely hospitable, love having a restaurant/bar in the hotel makes it convenient after a long business day to not have to travel to find something around a place you are not familiar with.

Staff were very personable. Place had a nice vibe to it. The only setback to this place is the toilet paper was so rough and scratchy. If we go back will need to bring our own tp.

I loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly.
The room was big and the bathroom was huge.
All furnishings were clean and well maintained.

We recently stayed at the Drury following the passing of a family member. It was the best priced hotel within proximity of all the funeral events. Imagine our surprise when we found the kindest, friendliest staff that seem to genuinely love their jobs. It was also lovely to have access to a robust breakfast AND free dinner buffet (they call it "kickback") included in our rate. It made it so convenient with a small child during a very stressful time. Her favorite was the self-serve popcorn machine, and she enjoyed a bag every night of our stay. We even had time to use the pool (it's heated!), so I'm grateful that she'll have some fun family memories mixed in during what would otherwise be considered a sad and difficult time. We typically prefer luxury hotels, but if all the Drury Inn hotels are like this one, we'll definitely be staying again.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable overall. I was surprised that the bathroom did not have a vent for a fan. Taking showers was uncomfortable because there was no exhaust fan and the room was filled with steam and moisture. We had to immediately open the door to get some of the steam out so the mirrors could be cleared of the steam. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, though the bedding looked a little old and well used. The location is great for reaching the mall and other places of interest as it is right off the freeway. The breakfast was very good and a nice variety of items to choose from. They also had a sort of happy hour each night with drinks and snacks. Unfortunately our plans did not fit around that, but it was a nice touch. Overall I would give it 5 stars except for the lack of an exhaust fan.

Property was great, comfy beds, great kick back evening service. Disappointed that breakfast options were same Sat/Sun. Hot tub was cold Sunday. Staff were made aware and attempting to fix

I just check in for one night . I arrived at night time so I did not enjoy the day at the hotel but breakfast was fantastic, good quality food and clean spacious rooms. I just cancelled my booking elsewhere to check back in on Sunday.

Hotel may not be a 5 star hotel but, the cleanliness of the room, friendly staff give a superb rating. The Drury inn and suite puts an embarassment to other hotels service. Thanks for your services..

I did have a bit of delay a check in. I’m still not sure why it took so long or why it required getting another person when I had made reservations online and it should have all been taken care of. I was exhausted and ready to call it a night but eventually I did make it to my room. First appearance the room looked clean. I did find some hair an a pillow and there was dust and a long grey hair on the lamp. Breakfast was good and I was allowed a late checkout which was nice since I didn’t need to be at the airport until 4:00. It was much nicer being in a room than waiting area at the airport.
