Fisher Island Senzeyuan Hotel

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

We had an absolute fantastic time! The service and location were perfect and the weather was amazing!

I am very sad that I paid so much but half of the facilities were not working. The pictures look great, but when you get there you see that some of the pools are not on, and the spa room was not in use and the bar area is closed. There were no pool towels or cushions on the pool chairs. When you have everything working, yes you can charge a lot, but I paid so much for nothing to be working. :( I did like the private beach though! But you need to have beach towels - I had to use my bath towel. I also liked the fruit bowl that was received each day. I also think you should mention that breakfast is not in the private hotel but in the main building that you have to walk to.

環境非常好，海景房，房間就可以看見海上日出。前台還贈送了禮物。非常好的體驗，推薦。

非常不錯，給我們免費升級了親子房間，下樓就是温泉，住了兩宿根本不用穿自己的衣服，酒店裡也特別暖和，大人和孩子穿半袖和短褲就可以，有汗蒸，老年人老年人也喜歡，打掃房間的阿姨也特別好，就是前台服務人員態度不好，客户遇到問題衹會推脱不解決問題，其他都好

好 早餐:早餐，一般般，好吃的不多，主要來是泡温泉的，温泉種類很多，不泡温泉，一點都不划算，emmm 設施：好 衞生：好 服務：好，還行

這次入住菲奢爾森澤苑一切都很滿意。特別要表揚森澤苑前台接待的馮婷女士！她的服務熱情周到，耐心講解度假村的特色項目（粉紅沙灘、菲奢爾温泉和水寨、小皮孩兒樂園等），並不厭其煩地解答我的每一個疑問。幫我選了海景很好的海景親子房，離海邊非常近。還贈送了兩張漁田七里香景區看煙花表演的門票。她的服務讓我們體會到了賓至如歸的感覺。孩子在這玩了兩天後都不捨得走，後來在前台馮士的幫助下我們又續住了一晚。感謝她細緻熱情周到的服務，我們一家三口玩得非常開心。晚些時候準備帶長者再來玩一趟。❤️

房間不錯，景色優美，海灘比想象的好的太多。酒店配套豐富，因為時間原因衹住了一晚，第二天想多玩會，酒店前台給了景區票和温泉票，該打卡的基本都打了，還會二刷的。適合親子游。特別感謝酒店的旅拍，服務態度極好，照片也跟滿意。
