Rated 3* more like 5* Room everything you need, hob, fridge, kettle, 2 coffee machines, iron and board and a proper hairdryer. Shower didn’t flood bathroom. Pool adequate, sun trap and sunbeds around the pool, too hot for us to sit there. Cafe/snack bar excellent, portions too big and we ended up sharing a dish. Bar and staff excellent. Location perfect, lots of restaurants and Chania old town about 20 min walk, but good walk with bars etc Beach perfect, sunbeds payable but you can just sit on sand. Cleaner is first class and makes room look like a show house

I booked a luxury apartment for first night and upon arrival the receptionist told me that hotel is overbooked and they can not give me luxury apartment and I will only get a classic apartment!! Since I am a light sleeper, a week before my stay I asked for a quiet room. Despite my request, they gave me a very noisy room facing a busy street that buses, motorcycles and cars passes all day! Their rooms are not sound proof at all! Originally I booked 4-nights, and after having one sleepless night, I decided to have early check out and I asked for a refund for the remaining of the nights and they only refunded half of my money for the last 3 nights despite not being able to give me the type of room that I booked and being able to accommodate my request for a quiet room! This hotel is not a 4-star hotel! Their rooms, lobby and customer service is not like a 4-star hotel. I stayed in more than 15 hotel all over Europe in last 4 years and never faced these issues in any other hotel!

Lovely hotel with a pool and shop downstairs alongside a beach bar and cafe. Has a good location lots of restaurants along the beach and only a 10min walk from the centre.Bar & reception staff give very good service going above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is near the old port of Hania, it’s around 10 minutes walk until you reach the old town ,the view is incredible especially during dawn ,the room was nice ! We came only for 1 week and sadly the bar restaurant opened the day of our departure. The employees of the restaurant were really polite and even served us after the hour they were supposed to leave. The food was tasty , the portions big and the price normal. Hiro made us some really tasty risotto which I recommend you to try. The lady in the reception was really helpful too! We will come back for sure.

The staff were brilliant friendly kind helpful . The housekeepers were excellent they worked so hard and always did a good job. Reception and bar again nothing was to much trouble.happy to advise and help Buffet breakfast was a good time for the group of us 9 to meet up chat . The breakfast was generous and lots of choices.I have to say the chilled green tea and lemon was amazing.

Good swimming, boating, snorkeling from the scenic, seaside beach-front location. Although underwater areas of debris/trash and silt near the shore. Very well maintained, secure grounds with excellent housekeeping. WiFi was sporadically okay, mostly varying between slow and okay, much better at nearest fish restaurant. Management appeared both erratic and somewhat regimented: strictly enforcing rules at times, no enforcement at others - possibly due to staffing issues. The eight poolside lounge chairs and three stationary umbrellas were well-occupied by morning onwards. Getting a chair with umbrella became competitive. Many guests stayed instead under a pair of beach loungers and umbrella (6€ daily). Racket from high flying military aircraft broke the peaceful ambience periodically. Reservations for accommodations easily made (well in advance) through booking platform, but email request directly to hotel for extended stay resulted in email indicating it was okay followed by no extension possible upon arrival. (Lesson: make bookings/extensions only with online platform. ) It appeared many bookings were by seniors and many were prebooked through TUI. Nice snack bar, attached mini market and Alpha Bank ATM. Next door Christina Beach apartments/hotel under same family management, housekeeping, etc. Very good nearby small, quite adequate supermarket and separate bakery just a few minutes walking (west) on Selinou. Full-size supermarket (Sklavenitis) was walkable heading in the opposite direction on Selinou then bearing left onto Mitropoliti Kirillou then right at Peiraios.
