入住一晚，商務旅遊，旅館人員態度很好，房間很乾淨，早餐好吃。附近晚上非常安靜，很好入睡。下次會再選擇此旅館。

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare, des restos, du centre, d’un coin de verdure pour les promenades ainsi que du château.
Le personnel est aimable et réactif.
Seul point négatif, je trouve dommage que la douche soit séparée par un rideau au lieu d’être dans une cabine et que la salle de bain soit assez froide car en carrelage.
Le confort de la chambre est bon (literie, chauffage, propreté).

L hôtel est situé non loin de la gare mais relativement éloigné du château.. Les prix raisonnables mais l'équipement des chambres n'obéit pas vraiment aux critères d'un 4 ☆. Reste que le personnel est agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner très varié et bon..Absence de mini bar, de gants de toilette, tv sur-dimensionnée.

Quiet. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was €12, secure and right out the door of the hotel, very accessible. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room, and it was very good and well priced. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and for about €14 you can ride right to the Louvre and back. I was in Chantilly many years ago, and I’m very glad that I was able to go back for another visit.

Close to chateau de chantilly and the town of senlis.

Nice staff, clean rooms and a great bar with excellent wine! The service in the restaurant make some mistakes, but the food was good and the setting was lovely.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus du Parc Chantilly. Our room was very spacious with a very large private terrasse. We were able to easily walk to the main streets of Chantilly as well as the castle of Chantilly. The staff was helpful and professional. My only hesitation is that the taxi that the hotel arranged for us on our departing day seemed to take us the long route to the airport and I had to pay double what I had been expecting to pay. I would ask beforehand about taxi rates as I did pay less than half that from the airport into Paris and Chantilly is closer to the airport than Paris...
