A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools.
Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice.
The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，特別是宋凱經理，充滿了專業性和親和力，因為入住有些問題，主動詢問並幫我迅速解決，非常感謝他專業的幫助！
酒店的位置也非常方便，房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，用品一應俱全。入住期間我真的感覺很舒適（温泉也非常棒）
總之，這次的入住經歷非常棒，推薦！

酒店的外部環境風景很好，在山旁，綠樹成蔭，草坪整齊，適合休閑度假，主要是有硫磺温泉，泡一泡舒筋活絡，皮膚都好很多，温泉值得推薦。酒店內部裝修挺好，就是年份有點久，稍微有點年代感。早餐品種多，很好吃。總體還是不錯的。就是套票裏有射箭時間安排的比較短，沒有玩到，有點可惜。

朋友推薦來泡温泉，入住酒店，剛開始為了換個心儀的房間麻煩了玲玲和春花姐好多次，她們很耐性的幫我選到我滿意的風景的房間。環境沒得説，鳥語花香。是週末放空的好去處。走路1.3公里有個半湯老街，好多農家餐館，味道槓槓的。温泉也挺好，就在酒店邊100米不遠。服務人員也很友善。下回來定個別墅泡私湯
