Be aware, that on Sunday there is a bar across the street which plays absurdly loud music until 2 am. And the hotel doesn't seem to be bothered by this.
So if you like to sleep earlier than 2 am, don't stay here.

O hotel é 4, O Café é 5 Mas o estacionamento é 2. O hotel é bom, mas é realmente uma pena chegar de viagem cansado e ter que subir com as malas pelas escadas por que o elevador não vai até a garagem…. ☹️ Embora exista elevador que desce até o subsolo, ele fica desativado e o acesso à garagem é por escadas. Acessibilidade ZERO!!!

Hotel novo e bem localizado, os funcionários são educados e solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom.
Duas observações:
Só havia uma toalha de banho, como estava com minha esposa, tive que solicitar uma a recepção (independente de estar em mais pessoas, acredito que duas toalhas deveriam estar a disposição).
Não gostamos do travesseiro, muito fino e também só haviam dois (deve-se dobrá-lo para ficar mais confortável)

Hotel limpo, bem conservado (parece novo), café da manhã bem diversificado, várias frutas. Todos os ambientes são agradáveis e limpos. Funcionárias muito educadas e simpáticas. O único problema é a vizinhança, que são bares bem movimentados e em plena terça.feira havia música ao vivo, dia seguinte futebol, etc.

Eu já conhecia os outros hotéis da rede Mogano em Chapecó, No Business foi a primeira vez... E surpreendeu positivamente A Recepção foi bem cordial, em especial o cuidado de pedir aos hospedes se prefere quarto aos fundos ou na frente (avenida) por causa do barulho dos bares a noite. Escolhemos uma suíte luxo e o quarto é ótimo, tem até cheirinho de móveis novos... acredito que é recém reformado, além de ter uma cama e travesseiros ótimos. O café da manhã bem completo, mas sugiro adicionar algumas opções de doces, pois só tinha 2 pedacinhos de bolo. Garagem fechada, bom atendimento, quarto confortável e bem localizado. Adoramos!

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã excelente e atendimento dos profissionais muito bom.
Minha reclamação é em relação ao espaço de "academia", equipamentos ultrapassados, sem manutenção e sem cuidados (perigoso). Na minha opinião não deveria nem ser citado como disponível.

Hotel com boa estrutura, café da manhã bom, com variedades. Recepção no check in é nitidamente perceptível a falta de treinamento e educação do atendente. Quarto reservado não tinha disponibilidade, sendo necessário baixar a categoria para que eu pudesse me hospedar. Hotel com corredores e quartos com carpete (antigo) com forte cheiro e sinais desgaste.

Bom hotel, bom atendimento. Tudo muito razoável, nada excelente, mas nada ruim também. Quartos grandes, banheiros ok, estrutura do quarto e qualidade dos móveis bons, localização perfeita! Um pouco de barulho durante a noite em função da localização.
