Booked two (2) rooms at the same time. We checked in at 7:00-ish PM. Only one of two rooms were ready. By nearly 9PM the second room was still not ready. Thank goodness the one room had two beds. We all stayed in the one room which was beyond filthy. Dried Vomit on the sofa cushions, table and chairs with crusted food and drinks running down the sides and filthy seat cushions. Urine puddled on the base of the toilet, GIGANTIC booger and brown smear on back of bathroom door. Unknown brown and white splatters on nearly every wall. And all doors and door handles had smears and splatters all over them. Our room was on a “Premium Floor”. The hall had a spilled cookie/candy crumble and brown liquid in the corner when we checked in that was still there the following afternoon. The entire property is a nice building, but dirty. Tried to speak to the General Manager and Assistant General manager several times. They were always conveniently “in a meeting” or had just left the property. By, far the most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. Check-In staff was to only good thing about the experience. They were doing everything they could to try to remedy our situations with the dirty room AND unavailable booked room. This property obviously has a SERIOUS management problem and is a disgrace to the Hilton Brand. I don’t mind to pay a higher rate to stay at a higher rated property. Hence, booking here. This was not a 3 1/2 star property experience - This was 1 star or lower
