Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the workout room was not open. Clean hotel for a great value. This Best Western hotel is in need of updates. Chipped paint and only 2 working elevators. If you are looking for a one night stay while passing through, this hotel would be fine. I would not consider staying any longer. .

Great Stay. Location wise, mostly walking distance around downtown even capitol market. Very convenient. Cleanliness is good. Wifi is good. Many commented about hot water unavailable. But its alright. Its warm water. Good enough to have refreshing shower during winter. Breakfast, basic American Breakfast which is fine for what price we pay.

The overall experience was great. The hotel was mostly clean. The air conditioning in our room was in working order however it was busted up some. The bathroom however left much to be desired. It looked like an old hotel had a slum-lord special. The bath tub was cracked in a few places and the toilet didn't have a seat that fit, it only covered half of the toilet. It also had a 6 inch shelf sticking out from behind it that made it uncomfortable. I would stay here again just because it's in such close proximity to Women's and Children's and its fairly clean other than the bathrooms ran down looking.

Good location, good front desk service, clean rooms, lacked hot water in shower, very unreliable wifi service, could not get internet on 6th floor.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever experienced in my life. I got this hotel room so I would not have to drink and drive after attending the Lil Wayne concert that was not even a mile away from this facility after I arrived at a facility they assured me that they were not even supposed to rent to locals, so why was that even able to rent the room and reserve it and then I get into this disgusting room And it is so unsafe I'm going to upload pictures

The check-in process was quick and easy. That is the only good thing about our stay. The employee instructed me to take the middle elevator up to the 8th floor. What he neglected to say, was the other 2 elevators were out of order. After taking our stuff up to our room....I noticed that the window (to the 8th floor room) was WIDE open. It had no screen and could not be shut all the way! Luckily, we didnt have any small children with us. Fast forward to us wanting to leave to go see the city, we waited over 15 mins for the elevator, of course it didn't come. So, we took the stairs. The stairs were not lit, no cameras, floors full of cinder blocks and overall just very scary. Then when we came back from dinner, around 8:30pm we tried to use our key to get into the street side door, swiped it multiple times and it didnt work. So, we had to walk down the alley and enter in the other entrance. Lastly, the toilet fits a small child. I do not think this hotel should even be allowed to be up and running.

The elevator (the only one working) looked a little sketchy, in the bathroom the water took a very long time to get hot, the handle on the tub was falling off and it was hooked up backwards. The hot was cold and the cold was hot. Other than that everything else was nice, staff was very friendly

When we checked in at 9pm we were told we would have to wait until our room was cleaned even though we had already paid prior to our arrival. Once we made it to our room, the beds linens were filthy. We found hair, bloody spots and black specs all over both beds. When we asked if we could have fresh linens, we were told they were out. It wasn't until we talked to a house keeper that our request for linens was granted. Our experience so far has not been a good one.

The property itself was nice. Our room was great except the door number was missing (room 420). The issue was the first room we were given was occupied. This was not fun when it’s already 11pm and I just want to sleep. When I went to get a new room the guy processed a second reservation which, even tho they refunded it, it held up $100 of my vacation money.
