Cute hotel, friendly staff and amazing facilities. You can tell the hotel is new and well kept. Facilities include table tennis, outdoor patio with amazing views, bar, study room. You get a welcome drink which is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Trendy hotel, clean rooms! Great size TV and en-suite. No storage or fridge/safe/microwave/coffee in room. Reception on upper floor with bar (complimentary drink) and lounge with fab rooftop! Food served after 3pm was limited but tasty. Starbucks on ground floor.

The staff was unbelievably wonderful. The location was a bit further than I expected from the downtown area, but still walk able.

Love this hotel, it was very hip and edgy. The location is a little bit outside of central downtown and the surroundings are a bit run down but I think they are working on it. I love the aesthetics of the hotel!

Very basic, was expecting better. Service was indifferent, the staff was monotoned and not customer oriented. Location was BAD! In a bad neighborhood of Charleston. I was not impressed.

Hotel is different, expensive, room was VERY small, no chair to sit on always had to sit on bed. No restaurant just some bar food in the bar. Nice atmosphere in the 6 floor bar. Would I book again, maybe only due to location to family.
