Awful! Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly. The management was the worst. The rooms were like a motel 6 and on top of that it’s haunted! No microwave, no room service, no refrigerator! I honestly have nothing nice to say about the management.

The Mills house was so charming. It felt grand at every turn. Having access to the 2nd floor balcony outside of our room was a pleasant surprise. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

It was a great experience, the restaurant and cafe inside were very convenient. Bed was comfy, room was nice.

The hotel is nice. Unfortunately they don’t have a microwave so you can’t warm up your food. This can be costly for families with children because they are forced to buy food everyday.

There is a safe parking garage with a walkway bridge to the Mills House. You don't have to use Valet. My only complaints are that the rooms are dark and there are not enough plug outlets in this historic hotel. Beds are comfortable, the renovations are upscale, staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything Historic Charleston is walkable from this hotel. We've stayed there many times. Mills House is our Go To Charleston Hotel. .

Beautiful property, great location in the French Quarter, close to King Street and the waterfront! You cannot go wrong staying at the Mills House! I will definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. The property is well cared for, and we loved our room and the convenience of where the property was located. It is central to
shopping and many dining options. We will definitely stay here whenever we come back to Charleston.
