Property was great- had a hard time getting our room cleaned if we weren’t up and out early but other than that it was lovely !

Liked the location and walk ability. Plenty of good dining options. Housekeeping never serviced our room, had to call for towels.

The front desk workers were rude.. they did not seem to know what they were doing and charged by a incidental $150 fee TWICE and did not apologize or care.. and I don't think they took it off and I'm sure I will have the hassle of getting the extra fee taken off when I get home

Our stay consisted of cold showers, limited house keeping when asked for service and the room was dirty. There was so much hair from previous guests everywhere. My husband and I both slept terrible and did nor feel relaxed or comfortable during our stay. Do not stay here!

Right from the check-in, we were not impressed. The front desk clerk was so UNwelcoming that she was almost rude. he generally waved in the direction of things and spoke so quietly and quickly about them that I had to ask her to repeat herself more than once. When we got to our room, it was hot and the refrigerator was plugged in but broken and totally hot. We had brought a bunch of refrigerated items counting on it working. It was not fixed the entire time we were there. There was only one thin sheet and one thin blanket on each bed, and we really needed a thicker blanket or a bedspread/ duvet. And the PARKING! The parking garage is very convenient, but it is not free or discounted for hotel guests, and you can't charge it to you room (unless you valet park, maybe, which is $42 per day!!!!). It's $18 per 24 hours for self-park.
On the plus side, the shower was nice, there were plenty of towels, and the room was spacious.

The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was noisy. The parking garage is too expensive and no mention of paid parking when I made reservation. The room price was too high for the area. We are usually paying around $150 a night when we use Hilton hotels. This was $204 a night before taxes.

The location of this property was in a perfect location for our trip. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive.

We had a nice stay. It was clean and the staff was nice. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Very nice.

Great location. Nice people at the front desk. Breakfast was okay, nothing special about it. Room was clean, but the main light in the room didn’t work well (flickering), the iron and ironing board were old, rusty. TV was old. And the water pressure was very low.
