기대를 안하고 갔는데 너무 좋았고 만족했어요. 일단 호텔 분위기가 너무 좋고 깔끔하고 직원이 친절했어요. 다음번에 근처에 오게 되면 무조건 재방문 의사 있습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋았어요.

We booked a room with a King Bed however we got a room with two worn out single bed joined with a Velcro *****.
The room was worn out dirty walls with huge burn marks in the carpets.
It was really POOR quality despite having a high rating.
The room we were in there were parties outside of our window with drunk guests screaming and swearing till Midnight.
We went for breakfast in the restaurant. We ordered it took a long time to come and when it did it was really not good. There were 5 - 6 people in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy.
On check out I was not asked about my stay so I provided the feedback above the gentleman at reception really did want to know. He did know there was a party outside of our room so offered me a refund for the poor breakfast. ( I did not take the refund I paid in full).
I asked about the bed he said we can change the beds to join to singles and call it a King.
They charge a premium for this and you could not sleep on it.
I could have stayed in a local pub and had a better experience.
I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of places I can say after staying at the APOLLO
THIS HOTEL WAS SHOCKING.

We love staying here .
The rooms are huge and very clean.
Beds very comfortable.Staff amazing and very helpful.

Overall very happy with our stay. We were upgraded to the king suite but the spa didn’t work which was disappointing but otherwise lovely.
Food was delicious and the service was excellent.

There was a power failure that lasted hours during the hot night so the air conditioning stopped working, on top of that a baby didn't stop crying nearby.
