The Pink Palm Hotel - Adults Only

My husband and I just stayed at the pink palm for our honeymoon. The hotel is decorated very beautifully, however the location itself is not very nice. The hotel is surrounded by abandoned buildings and a very sketchy alley. The reception staff were not very friendly and for $566.00 per night I would expected a more welcoming atmosphere. Also, the hotel does not come with free breakfast, the advertisements are false. Also, when my husband and I went to go fill our water bottles, we were told no more water by the staff member. There was clearly water available, she just chose not to go out of her way. There is a reason we noticed there was little to no other people staying at this hotel. 100% would NOT recommend.

We stayed here only one day but that was long enough. The hotel is located just behind Main Street up on the hill. Neighbourhood is not the best one, when it is dark better not walk to the hotel. Hotel is not cheap (we paid almost usd 600 for one night), but then I expect also nice breakfast. They bring at 9 am a basket to your room with cup of coffee, snall chocolatebread, one yoghurt and a bit of fruit. You have to eat it sitting on your bed……. Other problem is taking a taxi from the hotel. Because it is on a hill, some taxi’s do not want to drive here to.

Amazing ! We only got to stay one night due to a flight cancellation- but the hotel is gorgeous ! Comfy beds - great vibes - easy walk to restaurants and shops

I hate to be this guy but... This hotel was just not our cup of tea! 1st, it's pricey for what you get, but it was available. 2nd, this place is more for the late 20's-30's crowd. This is some type of posh style hotel, also some type of Puerto Rican techno pop music playing around the pool 24-7. Again, not my style! I asked them to play more of a Reggae, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, ect type music. they played on song? The street is very steep, and you will have to walk it many times if you go out and down to the waterfront & shops. The cabs will not come up because it's too narrow, so you have to walk down to the corner. The steps in the place are horribly steep and there are very many to get to the office & pool area. We had a water leak in our rooms floor. (see the pic) ahh. After complaining about things, they did give me a 10% discount. They offered to move us to a different room, but we opted to stay where we were because of our rooms view of the bay.

The rooms are beautiful, each being unique, and the views all around are stunning. Brent and his team (shoutout to Stephanie, "M" or Michael, Andrea and Eliza) were very accommodating to make sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers (delicious cheese plates, shrimp cerveche, and pork belly) by the pool. Dinner menu available. We were kept content enjoying the breeze, staying hydrated all the while looking down on the town and harbor. Stay for the day, week or just purchase a Day Pass. No doubt you will love it. Enjoy!

The hotel is a series of stairways without elevators and if you have lots of luggage or if it rains, you are in for a real workout that is inappropriate for the relatively high cost of a room. Even the streets leading to the hotel are rather steep and walking is a challenge. The on site restaurant has only a limited menu and can only handle a very limited number of patrons. On the plus side, the rooms are nicely appointed and the view from the common areas is very nice

The Pink Palm makes a great couples getaway! We had a great time, the food was excellent, and the breakfast picnic baskets were a great touch!

The property is beautiful!!!!! The rooms, the pool area, the dining area is very pretty. However here are things that could be improved: consider adding round trip transportation to and from the airport, if not somehow make transportation aware of the BACK drop off spot which has no stairs unlike the front; also there needs to be bottled water in the room(free of charge) what is the fridge for? It was very inconvenient to wake up dying of thirst and have to get dressed to go down to the pool to get water from the dispenser that had been sitting there all night; and the breakfast boxes, they are cute and all but there could be improvement on what goes in them..some days we didn’t even get a half cup of coffee, it was never full.

An oasis of luxury. Beautiful to the eye and very comfortable rooms. Love the check in texts, availability of breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. Free street parking. I would 100% stay here again.
