Residence Inn Charlotte City Center

Enjoyed my stay, unfortunately it was short lived but the hotel was clean, staff inciting. Only issue I had is there was literally only one roll of tissue in the bathroom and that roll only had maybe 8 sheets n it.

Hotel Was Nice The Room Was Clean And Spacious! Will Definitely Stay Here Again! Only Thing That's Difficult Is The Parking Deck!

Despite them not having a room available due to being the cheer competition, they handled the matter in a professional manner. I was moved downstairs to AC Loft where they also took good care of me.

Room was fine. Location was great. Unfortunately though the lack of staff at this hotel made this a hotel I would definitely not recommend or stay here again. When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back soon which they were. Ok - no big deal. Throughout the stay I found the front desk people to not be knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. The day we were checking out (a Sunday) I had tried calling the front desk all morning with no answer. I finally went to the front desk, same sign saying they would be back soon. Soon apparently is relative because there was no one at the front desk almost the entire morning (I never did see anyone). Several problems with no one being around to help or answer questions. One of those problems is if you have to get back into the hotel from the parking garage (several floors beneath the hotel) and no longer have your key you are relying on someone at the front desk to buzz you in. Thank goodness the guests at this hotel helped each other out that morning and we were all talking about the lack of staff.

Delighted with our stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Quiet room, clean and updated!! Location has onsite parking deck was perfect for dining and walking to area venues.

Our whole stay was great! Walking distance to everything, very convenient! The restaurant they have is really good and the customer service is great!

The stay was very nice. My only issue was our room was on the 21st floor. Awesome views. However, we were just below the rooftop bar and we could hear the music from the bar through the vents. Not too disturbing but noticeable without the tv on to drown the sound.

Everything was great until we were ready for bed. The room is advertised as having a pull-out sofa. There were no extra sheets or blankets. We had to call the front desk four times over the course of an hour and a half before someone delivered them to us.

This was my first time at this property and it was fantastic. I will definitely be back!
