We stayed there 2 nights, on the futurescope. Coté hotel, nothing to say... the standing of a Novotel... with a plus the very pleasant swimming pool with high heat... Bemol, the restaurant. Not at the height of a Novotel. The staff is very ( too) young... a little bit mad.... Sturdy ???? Formulate too expensive for what is proposed. 28€ !!! For a “entry buffet” very medium, a deceptive burglar; but desert buffet ok. I noted that the little dej is EXTRA !!! With the manager staff that manages !!! ( which is less the case in the evening )

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

We had a problem with the shower, but were immediately offered a room change. Wifi not good in our room (strange that this should be so in a virtually new building with very few rooms occupied). Beer on tap, pizza and snacks available in reception, but shortage of other eating options nearby.

Cost-effective. When staying at the hotel, the front desk attitude was not good. Communicate with Ctrip.com customer service in time and solve the problem in 30 minutes. Some hotel staff outside the country are not of good quality, but Ctrip's timely handling and problem-solving attitude is worthy of praise. Give affirmation. I will use Trip.com to book a hotel next time.

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

We stayed there 2 nights, on the futurescope. Coté hotel, nothing to say... the standing of a Novotel... with a plus the very pleasant swimming pool with high heat... Bemol, the restaurant. Not at the height of a Novotel. The staff is very ( too) young... a little bit mad.... Sturdy ???? Formulate too expensive for what is proposed. 28€ !!! For a “entry buffet” very medium, a deceptive burglar; but desert buffet ok. I noted that the little dej is EXTRA !!! With the manager staff that manages !!! ( which is less the case in the evening )

Cost-effective. When staying at the hotel, the front desk attitude was not good. Communicate with Ctrip.com customer service in time and solve the problem in 30 minutes. Some hotel staff outside the country are not of good quality, but Ctrip's timely handling and problem-solving attitude is worthy of praise. Give affirmation. I will use Trip.com to book a hotel next time.

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

Enfin une chambre PMR bien équipée : circulation aisée, WC surélevé, barre d'appui dans la douche sans marche, patère et lit à hauteur du fauteuil roulant,.. bref zéro faute niveau équipement ou accès. Personnel très dévoué et sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le tout pour un prix très modeste: 50€ la nuit. La preuve que les PMR ne coûtent pas plus cher...

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is perfectly located and the room is very comfortable and air-conditioned. The restaurant is always top and breakfast is good. Small details that may be important: we arrived in the afternoon and impossible to have fresh drinks (person at the bar...), relaxation in keeping some employees at the restaurant and person with a strong guide to the breakfast
