Hotel Rendez Vous

Great and helpful staff, but the hotel is not worth 140 euros for a night. Old hotel. Uncomfortable and hard bed. Old furniture in the room. A terrible shower with a shower curtain. Great coffee at breakfast, the rest was waste of time.

A little surprised at how we viewed this hotel after reading some of the previous reviews. It’s on a busy road so lots of road noise from our room, which was on the ground floor at the back offering little privacy without the curtains pulled across, and a view of some broken pipes (drains?extractors?) as we lay in bed. Stained carpet. View of mountains if you strained your neck through window. Prebooked weeks before so a little surprised not to be given a better room. Had to ask for extra pillows. No complimentary toiletries. Seemed surprised to be asked to use the sauna, and the whole wellness area was a bit tired and looked unused. Needed to ask for extra towels as they assumed we could use our bathroom ones, which wouldn’t be very pleasant. Meal in restaurant downstairs was friendly, busy but my veal was utterly tasteless and swimming in liquid,and my partners cheese fondue also somehow managed to be tasteless, although the starters of salad and mushroom linguine were ok. Went back up to the little bar in hotel for a nightcap and was surprised they didn’t have any whiskey. Breakfast was good with nice local yoghurt. But we won’t be returning, sorry.

A Kind, Lovely and Amazing Place !!

We stayed here the night before and the night after our skiing holiday in Cervinia. The hotel is a walk up a low hill from the train station and is on the main street. The place was fine for a one night stay and offered a good selection at the buffet breakfast, comfortable (but compact) rooms and helpful staff.

Good hotel and location. Rooms a tad tired but absolutely fine for a few days.

Great place, welcoming stuff and wonderful breakfest. Also, the resturant down stairs is very good, and they give you there ten precent discount as a guest of the hotel. The location was close to center. Enjoyed my stay thank you ver much!!!

We had great service and the host went out of his way to make our stay perfect! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We chose to have dinner at the hotel and it was excellent as was the breakfast the next morning!

Un buon Hotel in posizione strategica vicino all'autostrada ed a breve distanza da Aosta come dai principali castelli della Valle. Parcheggio esterno quasi inesistente, noi abbiamo parcheggiato poco più in là sfruttando il vicino supermercato. La struttura sembra un po datata ma tenuta abbastanza bene. Grandezza camera e bagno nella norma. La nostra camera tripla aveva il terzo letto su un soppalco sopra il matrimoniale. Servizi essenziali presenti. Il ristorante si appoggia al sottostante Cave des Amis ma stando nella sala colazione dell 'hotel e spesso le portate arrivano tiepide nonostante le corse del personale che fa avanti indietro. Colazione ok con dolce e qualcosa di salato, Peccato che brioches e torte quando finiscono non vengono subito riportate. Prezzi nella norma dei tre stelle forse leggermente meno. Nel complesso tutto bene. Se dovessimo tornare in zona lo terremo in considerazione.
