Great apar**ents with big sunny balcony, staff very helpful and friendly.

El hotel nos ha encantado. Tiene una cama grande. Cocina con electrodomésticos. pero lo mejor el jacuzzi q es muy grande.la piscina está también muy bien . El desayuno fueron 10€ a parte, y me pareció que estaba bien. En general Recomendable. Lo único q no nos gustó es que se nos quedó una bolsa con ropa y en vez de llamar a avisar la sacaron de la bolsa y no hubo forma de recuperar todo el contenido xq ya estaba mezclado con otras cosas

My husband and I have just spent a week here, it’s the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel is stunning in every way, the rooms, facilities are outstanding and the pool is incredible! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, looking to come back in October. The pictures on the website are spot on!

The apar**ent was nice and comfortable. The staff around the pool bar were no so accommodating and we saw on several occasions that they we’re selling illegal products. Spoke to one of them but they just laughed at us, not very good with so many children around Food was good Overall holiday is good

This return trip was wonderful , staff remembered me with happy hugs and smiles. The teenagers and my daughter son in law and husband were amazed by the level of care and attention given to us and to the cleanliness of the complex. Taxis are so easy to book through reception if we wanted to get to the bustle of the coast only 5 minutes away. We are already planning our return next April . Love love love

The hotel is lovely, in a great spot with fab views. It's not close to the shops but as said in previous reviews, there's a courtesy bus to and from the main tourist area. We had a 2 bedroom apar**ent with pool access. It was lovely and very big, with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of storage too. Very clean throughout. The pool area is fabulous and no fighting for or payment required for deck chairs or umbrellas as is the case in some hotels. Lots of spots to take in sun or shade. There's activity people and they encourage the kids to take part in various activities, all free. It's just fabulous. The only negative, which is a big one, is the food. We ate lunch at the pool bar. The burgers and fries were great but the nachos were very disappointing. Only a bowl of cold corn chips with two dollops of guacamole, which was not freshly but maybe from a jar. They were €7. No cheese, salsa, sour cream or jalapeños available. There are vegan options. Taxi to main area is 7-10 minutes and €10. Book directly with the hotel website rather than intermediary websites as it's better prices. We arrived early and could use the pool. They have showers, bathrooms with hairdryers so you can use these if you check in early or are checking out and have late flight. Very good service.

Very nice hotel. Normally I would give 5 stars, but due to the behavior of the reception staff it only deserves one. The lady named "Boca" (that's what I heard) is the worst receptionist I have ever seen. We were asked to write our credit card details on a piece of paper to secure the deposit. I refused for security reasons and asked for the appropriate amount to be blocked on my card. that's when it started. First of all, the lady said that she was sorry that in our country we are afraid to give credit card details, secondly, she was very rude and we felt like intruders, she said she don’t trust all hotel guests. I told her to take the deposit from the card and she said that this was not possible and that she would call the manager. After about 20 minutes, when she showed other guests the hotel, it turned out that she could take a deposit from the card. at the end of this story. we were the only ones who didn't receive a welcome drink even though she gave drinks to other guests at the same time. The hotel even writes about a drink on its website. It's a pity that such a nice hotel has such terrible service. I highly do not recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Regency! Stayed for a few days in early March, greeted by Jorje (think thats the right spelling) He was very friendly and informative. All staff at the hotel were lovely. We had a great, spacious room, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are a little tired but clean and the shower was SO nice and hot with good pressure. The pool area is so beautiful with amazing views and the whole hotel gives zen vibes with buddha's everywhere. The breakfast was good, first day some of it was cold but they bring out fresh stuff all the time. The hotel has a shop around 10 minutes up hill to stock up on some bits, other than that not much around. There is a small minibus that takes you down to the beach at 10.30am, get there early in case it gets full and you can't get on. If you want a taxi into las americas or los christianos it is between €10 and €13 each way, cabs are really accessible. No complaints and would go again!!

Bit unsure at first as not central and out the way but I found that the reason in the end that we loved. The most relaxing holiday I’ve had in a very long time, we were bed and breakfast, the suite itself was very spacious with a great balcony and even a roofterrace with more sunbeds. Yes the bathroom was a bit tired looking but it was clean and done the job. Hotel lovely plenty of quiet areas to sit, very clean. Pool prob the best I’ve been to and plenty of subbeds no need to get up early for one, plenty at any time of the day. Breakfast just the usual cereal, fry up, pastries and a bonus of champagne. All staff friendly, reception were great, all of them, never got names but one lady and two men I met on reception and all 3 were lovely. Bar staff great, we used the kids club as we took our 4 year old granddaughter with us, two girls took turn of doing the club they were absolutely brilliant and our granddaughter loved it, didn’t want to leave. Very big place so rooms weren’t cleaned every day, you need to let reception know what days you want your room cleaned, can get every day just need to ask but we done every second day. Pool towels £10 each but you get bk end of stay. Vending machine in hotel, shop 5 minutes up the hill and a small restaurant nxt door to shop. 12euro in taxi to las Americas or los Christianos. Free bus shuttle daily to las americas 10.30/5.30 drop off pick up Would definitely return We always book 4/5 star I would class this a 4* even although the bathrooms are tired looking
