Double charged me for my room and when I went back they said call back at 4:30pm when the manager is in. Terrible you guys need to communicate to the hotel you take the money from customers. If I had not have noticed I would have paid double. You better hope I get my money back!

Broken blinds, held up with duct tape, crashed down middle of the night, black stuff in the fridge, broken bathroom door.

Comfortable hotel- clean with spacious rooms. The gym is well-equipped (including Peloton) and the location is convenient to many restaurants.

They are renovating so that’s good because the hotel just seems run down. Stains on the couches in the lobby, like a full cup of coffee spilled and it wasn’t cleaned. Also, bummer that they do not offer Splenda/Equal with the coffee, just knock off sweetener.

The staff were all very nice and had been very helpful. As we entered our room, the TV had a major crack/ damage on the screen. The phone was also not working. We asked the front desk for a change of room. They were able to give us a different room in 20-30 mins. Although, I would think that a manager would check the room prior to occupancy, right?
The fitness center is open 24 hours which is really great. Breakfast that was inclusive is tasty and clean. We plan to go back every year to watch the Buffalo bills match and will be using this facility from now on.

The gentleman working at the desk, Dejon (not sure of his spelling) was wonderful. There was some confusion at check in & our room was not ready at 4:00 pm. They took care of this as soon as possible & were accommodating. Our room was clean & spacious & perfect for our family of 4.

Staff were incredibly friendly upon check in and at every point. The room was very spacious & beds were comfy. Close to plenty of dining options & shopping. Included breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again!
