非常不滿意：1、結賬時發現多收500元，我們表示我們不是我們的餐飲消費，他們堅持找小票半小時，導致我們差點錯過大巴。並表示，等找到了我們可以再網上付款（不存在的東西怎麼找？）。2、晚上開着的暖氣片夜裡關掉，導致我孩子感冒。3、強制給5歲小童加床加早餐且收費昂貴，即使我們不需要。4、前台完全不會微笑，好像很討厭這份工作。唯一的好評給餐廳的服務生小哥，非常熱情且非常專業。

服務非常好，房間陽台景很漂亮。早餐也很豐富！

酒店位置在舍夫沙萬對面的山坡上，可以看舍夫沙萬全城景觀，很美，位置絕佳，房間很好，服務很棒

客人很滿意，夜景很漂亮。

It is a beautiful place with a stunning view. Be prepared to climb 150 stairs to the main office. Get your wine before you climb the stairs - there is only on wine store in town. They don't offer wine for purchase, but they will serve you the wine you bring. They made us feel comfortable bringing our own wine. The food was spectacular - at breakfast and for dinner. You don't need to leave! Enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset from the hotel - no need to go to the spanish mosque to see sunset.

I can’t say how much I loved staying here. I’d been on the go for so many days and after walking the Medina of Chefchouen, I was welcomed to an oasis of tranquility. The climb of 700+ stairs to get to the Riad are well worth it. At the top you are met with a welcome drink and from that point forward the hospitality is on point. I was shown to my lovely room decorated in an Asian style where I enjoyed the shower and amenities. Then I found a peaceful place to read a book while watching the sunset. No need to go back down and the. Up again those stairs because the restaurant with its professional chef is delightful. You do need to order in advance so they can be prepared for you. I would definitely stay here again. Frankly I wish I had time to stay a few days and relax the way the road is designed to do for its guests.

I had a lovely stay here in April. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. I received an excellent massage while there. I also climbed the 140 steps to take in the most amazing views surrounded by the scent of jasmine. I highly recommend a stay here!

Dar Jasmine is a beautiful hillside property with wonderful views. We reserved the room "Jaipur" and it's very charming, spacious and has a wonderful balcony with view of the city and sunset! Beware, you do have to climb 150 steps, given that it's on top of a hill. But it's so worth it! It's a 5-10 minute walk to the bustle, but it's really worth the view and experience. Their breakfasts were really good and the 1 dinner we got here was very delicious. I highly recommend staying at Dar Jasmine!

My husband and I stayed at the Dar Jasmine for a night in late December. We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, it is located on a hill overlooking the Medina with a fabulous view of the entire "blue" city. We were staying in Venice Suite which had a beautiful wrap around terrace where one could enjoy tea and Moroccan cookies. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was large and had a very nice rain shower. The property has an outdoor swimming pool but as it is not heated, we could not use it. We ate dinner at the property. One has to let them know an hour in advance if you will be eating. Food is traditional Moroccan and we ate 2 kinds of tagging (beef with prunes and apricots and chicken with preserved lemon and peas) and they were both delicious. We also enjoyed a delicious Moroccan soup to start with and had desert. Breakfast was lovely too, the restaurant has a beautiful view of Chefchaouen so the overall experience was great. The only issue with Dar Jasmine is its location - there are about 150 plus stairs to get to the property. They help you with the luggage - it was not a problem for us as we are comfortable with steps. However, if anyone has accessibility issues and cannot climb stairs, unfortunately, you cannot stay here. If you are ok with steps, I would highly recommend Dar Jasmine!
