The hotel was average not terrible not good, the bartender was also the cook. So that was not the most pleasant experience, and I was forced to stay in a handicapped room with window shades not working. Didn’t hate it but didn’t love it

酒店、大堂、房間都很好，就是設施有些陳舊，房間衞生還可以，早餐還算豐盛，假期價格比較高，性價比一般。

This hotel has a lot of nice, beautiful features inside of the lobby, the rooms are really spacious and sophisticated looking. The staff at the desk are SUPER FRIENDLY & warm. And helpful too. They have a free FULL breakfast until 9:30 AM that includes everything (eggs / sausage / gravy / make you own waffles etc.), and that is worth it to save money with not going out to breakfast. Each room has its own full big refrigerator, small electric burners to cook on, kitchen sink, microwave so you can cook for yourself in your room or heat anything up. There is also a really nice gigantic grocery store with prepackaged items to eat as well called Market Basket NEAR by, which is pretty famously delicious. It’s within walking distance. Also there’s a STARBUCKS & shopping ***** mall with a TJ MAXX which is close enough to walk to (7 minutes). There is also the T subway line & public buses right across the street to take you anywhere in Boston or downtown. You wouldn’t even need to have a car here. But if you do park in their lot, they charge $25 per night. Overall, I was really impressed with this hotel all around, and I got a pretty good deal on it too for Labor Day weekend.

this is the worst hotel in the marriott system. I am a lifetime platinum member and own two Marriott vacation properties been using Marriott for 35 plus years. However I strongly recommend you avoid this property at all costs. First it is NOT and airport hotel!!! They have no hotel shuttle and they say it is just 2.6 miles from the airport, the cab ride was $27, I tried calling the hotel from the airport to see if they had a shuttle and the system they use kept transferring me and each time back to the sam automated system. On my 5th try I got the rudest person in the entire Marriott chain. Rudely says hold please before I got to say a word and left me there for 20 minutes. When she finally did answer and I asked about the hotel shuttle she said it's called UBER but you have to pay for it. After a 30 minute taxi ride when I got to the hotel she was even more rude!!! The room was not refrubished as stated on the web site and it says a restaurant is there. I would call 8 bar stools a restaurant. $325 room rate has got to be the biggest rip off in the Marriott system. you would be wise to do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel at all costs

Great hotel only 15 minutes from Logan Airport. We ended up staying here 2 nights when we dropped our daughter off at Tufts for summer semester. The location of this hotel is perfect for easy access to Logan. The staff here are what make this hotel shine- just as attentive and helpful as they could have possibly been for us. We had a 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed and the room was huge. Nice kitchen in the unit and free breakfast in the morning. Super clean property and quiet as can be. We didn't have a car as we used rideshare to get around, but if you do need to get out everything is a $15 Uber ride away. I'd highly recommend this hotel for business travel or if you just need to be near Logan. Marriott never seems to disappoint, and this hotel lives up to the Marriott reputation. TIP: they have a $15 flat-rate cab to BOS airport which can be scheduled in advance... nice benefit that can take the stress out of Uber surge pricing.

Good location with a food market, shopping center and Starbucks within a 5 min walk. It's only a 3 minute walk from the MBTA Chesea train station and the SL3 bus to/from the airport and South Station. The hotel is cheaply built, however, with creaky groaning floors so you hear every step your neighbor's take above. Windows are poor allowing lots of road noise in. There's a very busy road facing the front of the hotel and trains at the rear operating until after midnight. The room furniture was ragged with dirty upholstery (please just replace it). Pool was cold, so for us it was unusable. Maid service is infrequent and marginal. Some staff are excellent and reminiscent of Marriotts of the past, but the rest probably should not be in the business. Staff is so thin that phones go unanswered and service is hard to find...many things were broken such as dishwasher, and both TVs which only marginally worked after several reboots. Had to do this daily to keep them running.
