The Cheltenham Townhouse and Apartments

We stayed in the apar**ents just down the road from the hotel. We had exceptional service. We were there for the races and we managed to drop off our luggage early, park our car for a couple of days and the owner even gave us a lift to the race course itself as it was raining. Excellent location for the races as you can actually walk in about 20-30 mins (we did the next day as the sun was shining) and also an easy walk to a selection of restaurants and pubs. The apar**ent itself was very clean and had everything you needed, including a wonderful surprise in the morning when we opened the fridge to find a whole host of breakfast goodies; bacon, eggs, yogurt, muesli, fruit, fresh orange juice, milk …. Etc! Would highly recommend these apar**ents.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and won’t be the last. The owners are so welcoming and the rooms...what can I say. We were lucky enough to get a huge room on the ground floor on our second visit. Wow!! It was gorgeous. Superb bathroom and lots of space. Our first time was excellent in a room on the 1st floor but this one surpassed all expectations. The breakfast are excellent and cater for gluten free. Plenty of room. All areas are spotless. We really couldn’t find fault with anything. It won’t be our last stay with Cheltenham Townhouse. We will be back 😀

Well located and spacious studio apar**ent with kitchen facilities in quiet area of town that you can walk into town within 15 minutes. Easy check in and out. Good value for money. Free parking a bonus. I would recommend it for a weekend away.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentary room upgrade, at the elegant Cheltenham Townhouse. The room was clean and airy, with a super sized bed. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of choices among the cooked options. Parking was at the rear of the hotel and at £3 for 24 hours was a bargain. The hotel is just a short walk into the town centre and also handy for lovely Pitville Park. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Second visit, Good size rooms and lovely breakfast with the same lovely staff. Just a short walk right into the heart of the town...or the opposite direction for Pittville park....which is lovely this time of year.

I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Cheltenham townhouse. I received a warm welcome upon arrival and was shown to my room. Room was very clean and had everything i needed Tv, WiFi and bathroom temperatures. Beds were comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee, tea, biscuits Shower was nice and hot. The breakfast service was very satisfactory i opted for a full English fry up. Hotel is a short 5-10 mins to the centre.

We stayed in the studio apar**ents. They are clean, but as others have said they are dark basement studios with a damp smell and feel. Also lumpy bed and flat pillows. They are a few minutes walk from the hotel but we were fine with the walk. Breakfast was superb with really good quality sausage & bacon and wonderfully hardworking helpful and efficient staff. The brown toast is also delicious. The hotel and apar**ents are a couple of minutes walk from Pitville Park which is beautiful. Nearby on Prestbury Road is a small supermarket and three takeaways. Town centre is approx 10 minutes walk.

Just come back from a lovely 1 night stay. We were met by Debs on reception who made us feel instantly welcome. She is a credit to the hotel and was just what we needed after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. The room was perfect and lovely/clean Thankyou
