Really a lovely place to stay. Nearby the financial district which allowed us to go and visit the Panda Base, The giant screen, go to see the Bamboo tower, between the many other activities and dont spend a lot of time in transit. Nearby South Railway station as well as the airport was a excellent choice. The service and breakfast were superb. and all was very good.

Location is far away from popular tourist destinations but near by there are shopping mall, 7-11 and food.

Best service standard we have ever witnessed in our entire life! There were examples I would like to share: 1. We wrongly booked two suites instead of two rooms, without hesitation Coral the front desk manager informed me, guided me to make changes in the app and help me save $600+. 2. I forgot to take my bag in a ride hailing car. I tried to contact Didi but I don’t have local number, I was unable to reach them. Even when I used the chat box, given the car I booked was third party, Didi cannot help me locate the driver and request me to call the third party line but I don’t have a local line. Coral and Claire even shared with me their SIM cards to try on my phone and took turn to help me call using their personal lines, however the line was perpetually busy. The next day, Claire helped me to call Didi to get their help to reach the third party company. It was successful and she managed to find the driver. However, the driver and his accomplice were difficult and she had a hard time getting them to confirm if they have my bag when they can return it. Despite the challenges, she constantly talk to them , follow up and even challenge them when they try to charge me huge sum for care-taking of my bag. I am very impressed by her dedication to help me get my bag back as it contain valuable items and her principled approach to not give in to the extortion. After numerous conversations and negotiation, I have gotten it back. 3.My fren accidentally left his glasses in a KTV nearby. Hotel staff was able to call them , found the glasses, went down to pick it up for us! In conclusion, I am very happy and impressed and will be 100% return to this hotel again. Hyatt should be very proud of them!

Good service and can be conversed in English. Breakfast choices are good. Room size is spacious

The hotel is in very good location, surrounded by lots of food venues, a big shopping mall near by. It’s very cost-effective to stay at Hyatt at this price. The staff are nice and friendly too. We will definitely choose this place again next time when we come to Chengdu.

Really great place, definitely would have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless cleaned, big and spacious and got everything you need. The breakfast is great, lots and lots of food options and also changes everyday. The staff was very kind and helpful, we mentioned that the wifi was slow and we needed it for work and the lady at the reception took our IP address and did something to make it faster. The location is very good, even though is not right in the tourist center of things, there's a mall right in front were you can find lots of shops and food options, and also the metro station. If you walk 10 minutes from the hotel there's a nice pedestrian street worth visiting. Overall our stay was fantastic and made our trip to Chengdu.

房間整潔衞生，早餐豐富，最近夏季還有不少水果解渴，這一點做的非常不錯，前台小哥Michael服務熱情，幫我們拿了不少行李，yara小姐姐也耐心的回答我們詢問的每一個問題，讓人感覺賓至如歸 很值得選擇的酒店!

很愉快的入住，酒店位於象南里商圈，交通便利，不論是去遊玩還是車站都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，服務也是沒得説，前台的Yara和Nina兩位都很熱情，早餐也很好，品種豐富，沙拉尤其專業，總體推薦。

這次入住很不錯，位置便利，出了地鐵口步行幾分鐘就到酒店了，出行坐地鐵或者打車都很方便。酒店早餐很不錯，前台小姐姐Coral和Nina服務很熱情，退房可以幫忙寄存行李，出行方便了很多，值得推薦！

酒店內設施齊全，熱水很足，衞生細節做得不錯。 '͜' 前台小姐姐Alice很有耐心，問了好多問題也沒有不耐煩，就是來的不是時候最近天氣原因一直下雨，衹能窩在酒店裡，點的外賣也是很快配送上樓，退房時前台的張經理一直很熱情的在問入住體驗，下次一定還會過來入住噠。
