Chun Xi Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li)

Don't listen to reviews telling you that Chunxi Road hotels are expensive. Totally not true. You should stay at this hotel because the price is so worth it for the convenience. The staff are so helpful and honest. They returned my travel charger and wire to me by post. The room given is very big and clean. Food is great. Do try the food stalls next to the hotel and especially the dumpling stall opposite. Long queues every day but convenient to buy for hotel guests.

The most central location. Everything walkable. Hotel staff friendly and kind. Bed was very comfortable and a decent size.

Good location, surrounded by the many shops, Good service, Super clean room. Will come back here again :)

Excellent rooms and location. Very close to the metro and area without being too noisy. Plenty of free water bottles every day and other small toiletries, very attentive room cleaning, and a surprise free breakfast voucher which was very appreciated.

Hotel location is very good , right in the middle of Chunxi pedestrain.

Free laundry service is great and very convenient for us. Hotel room is clean. Overall is good. Location is great, it is inside Chun Xi road.

3rd stay with this hotel as we need to extend one more night to leave early morning for our airport. Though they can't extend on our 2nd stay request, they were nice enough to prepare a small breakfast for us to eat at airport.

The Chunxi Hotel Chengdu (春熙宾馆 成都春熙路步行街太古里店) exhibits pronounced spatial advantage with placement within the Chunxi Road–Taikoo Li commercial corridor; an urban zone characterised by elevated density, continuous pedestrian circulation, and high commercial saturation. Immediate proximity to retail clusters, cafés, and transport nodes permits efficient intra-urban navigation without extended reliance on transit infrastructures. The hotel environment was functionally configured, with rooms presenting a clear, utilitarian spatial organisation appropriate for short-duration occupancy. Cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level. Check-in procedures were conducted at a comparatively reduced tempo, with observable administrative formalities at the front desk, particularly in relation to foreign guest registration protocols. We stayed as four friends for two nights and paid 1268 CNY in total (approximately 317 CNY per person), clearly within a low-cost range and fits well for budget-oriented travel. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Excellent location. Shopping, food, transport all within reach.
