Excellent location of the hotel: not in the noisy center, but close enough to all significant attractions.
The room is small but comfortable. With good sound insulation and a comfortable bed. Also, I would like to note that the room has shampoos and shower gel with a great smell.
The breakfast is delicious. It is also suitable for Europeans. The choice of dishes did not change much from day to day, but everything was always delicious and fresh. The coffee is excellent and strong.
The staff is friendly. Check-in is fast.

Amazing hospitality, from check-in/out to room service. Special mention to the Mr. Yu and Mr. Zhang (managers) who ensured all our requests were met.
Good location, if riding car (10 mins to tourist attractions). For walking, closest amenities is about 10 mins.
Clean rooms and good breakfast with local specialties.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome from the check-in staff till the day I checked out, especially the 2 guys that helped me at the front desk and the cleaning lady on the 11th floor.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms are big and very clean.
The staff and service are super friendly and helpful. There was always water or tea at the reception.
We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the hotel, this was the best hotel on our trip to China.

I love Ibis hotels in China. This one was also good. I lived in good clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Metro is not really close but there is a bus stop with a lot of buses 3 minutes walking. A lot of places to eat around you as well as supermarkets.

Hotel Ibis (wide narrow Alley Central Hotel, Chengdu) is very good for you to choose as the place to stay in Chengdu. We love the cleanliness and facilities. The only problem we faced this time is the transparent toilet door which made I and my friend felt uncomfortable to use. We didn't get use to this situation.

Worth of money. We have a great time staying there in Chengdu. The staffs are very kind. We can leave our luggages when we go travelling for few days.
The breakfast is delicious and reasonable price ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent service and staff is very helpful. The room is clean equipped with air conditioning. Good location and it is walkable about 600m from MRT.
