Don't book this hotel by seeing the photos the hotel is exactly opposite to what's shown in photo. Staff is very rude. Don't want to help at all. Its not a hotel it's a dumpster very very bad room.

Not cleaning the room and bathroom. Extra after check out time and extra charge. Per hour full day charges and worst hotel.

Stay was good,however there were so many mosquitoes and even odomos is not effective. So if they could provide mosquito net or mortein then it would be of much help. Otherwise the was fine as per budget, however needs a renovation. Additionally, the location was superb, you get a bus just outside the hotel to travel anywhere in the city and it is much near to The Marina Beach to visit ☺.
There's a Anandh Bhavana nearby to have meals during your stay.

We booked this hotel in very minimum possible price in chennai, the owners are bengals and not lost a chance to make us feel that we paid very less price for hotel and complaining makemytrip for less price, they were pathetic host and didn't provided even basic products like soaps and shampoo stating 'you will get nothing apart from room in this price. They were constantly telling to cancel and shift somewhere else as they regret partnership with makemytrip.

Rooms are too dirty, cockroach are all over the bed, we stayed there for more than 4 days they didn't change the bed sheet once also they didn't clean the room also bathrooms have soo many problem in once bathroom the jet spray is broken in another one the window in one room there is no regulator for fan in another one fan itself was not working and when we inform them they were like they can't do and if we have problem we have to leave and the most disgusting part is their behaviour! the way the receptionist behaved with us in a harassing way that's the worst part of this trip. Also there are other many bad things i would recommend all of you to not stay here.

Got a room at price of dormitory!. Good manners of staff. Near to marina beach (approx 1. 4 km, govt. Estate metro station approx 1 km, tiruvallikeni railway station approx 1. 1 km. But broken taps and toiletries, average clean room. Wifi available, lift working
