Blu Ivy Serviced Apartment

I was handed over a room with dirty floor and toilet and i requested house keeping to clean. They have no house keeping at the property and the reception guy did some unprofessional surface cleaning. Worst stay ever!

There was no drinking water in the room, bed sheets were dirty, hi-gene was at risk. No dental kit

This is my 3rd time visit bluivy but my experience was always bad. But am always compromise but this time that guy talking very rudely very bad

Bedsheets were not clean and room had all the dust. Very lethargic attitude at the reception. No one cared much nor bothered.

Poor service and no clean especially property was old nothing maintenance please don't recommend others

They called multiple times to check out at 12 noon sharp when guests were attending marriage function. They were not flexible or accomodative. We had to travel from middle of function to check out. Very inconvenient.

It was difficult to breathe, there was only a short space, the phone wire was properly not connected

Doer was no proper welcome no towels full of smoking room no room freshener no proper cleaned not at all recommended for amount

First of all, although the property is in a good location, parking is not available. It wasn't until my visit that i saw the coordinator. There were two guys on the property who had no idea what service meant. The double bedroom was too small, and the rooms were acceptable with no ventilation which suffocates a bit. The size of the actual and displayed pictures differs. That gentleman told me we don't have these kinds of rooms when i questioned him about the mentioned photographs. I suppose that properties are luring clients in with fictitious photos of the rooms. My parents, who are senior citizens, and i also reserved a double bedroom. They don't even give you a towel, soap, water bottle, or any other hygiene supplies. My dad was also old enough to get his morning coffee out and about. He asked those guys to fetch it, pleading with them to do so, but none of them were willing to move. Why would you want those two men living there if this property is incapable of providing any services? it is highly advised that no one select this property. Additionally, i watch out that nobody on this property is treated the same way my parents were.
