Overall the room was very fantastic but only the nitpicking thing is that the bathroom was not very spacious.

I stay for two Days it's was a great experience. Specially breakfast items are great.all the eatery staff are friendly they are take care me like a family. Whenever I am coming Chennai I love to stay four points only. Thank you all to take care me best of luck.

The hotel was situated right on the OMR and was very nice. I stayed there for 2 nights on a business trip. I had a very late check-in (past midnight) but the front-desk people was alert and checked me in promptly. I booked the category "1 Queen Bed, Guest Room" and was assigned room 119. It was very nice - loaded with all the amenities. Bathroom had enough space. The work table was nice as well. The bed was nice and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Air conditioning (it was central AC with temperature controller in every room) worked perfectly, too. The curtains were thick enough to block harsh Chennai sunlight and not to wake me up in the early morning. They serve nice breakfast with live counter. I ordered dinner in the restaurant once and the food was really nice as well. I had an early morning flight to catch, for which the front-desk arranged for a car as well. I informed them of this only 8 hours before. Overall, an excellent stay and I'll definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Four Points for four nights during March, 2024. Overall, the hotel is average at best. While the room was spacious, the absence of a desk to work at was notable. The restaurant, while affordable, had limited options and the buffets had the same things over and over again. If you try to order room service you will just get a busy signal. I asked them to replace the feather pillows in my room with foam due to allergies and they brought more feather pillows. There are nicer places in the OMR area and I will be staying at them in the future.

We enjoyed lunch and service given by Sameer was awesome.food quality was also good.we really like to visit here whenever possible.Hotel ambience was really good.Easy to reach and parking and all facilities was awesome.Someones wants to visit they can visit.

All the staff r well behaved but among all, S K samir seen highly discharging a extremly behaved in his services and nicely responsible.His behavior towards guests is outstanding . I wish him all success in his life .He is of outstanding catagory staff .
