The best thing about the hotel is it's people. Each and everyone is eager to do anything to make guests feel welcome. On ny request they arranged bday cake for my son even before I checked in. Packed my breakfast to my choice as I didnt have time to have it in hotel. Lovely staff.

Very good hotel which is decently priced. Location was good. Service is also good. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. I had a pleasent stay. Definately worth trying considering their afforfable price. A value for money deal. Exceeded my expectations in all areas considering the price point. Room was designed was vibrant and colorful.

Overall the staff and service was good and to add breakfast was excellent . The room has old rustic equipments the AC is dripping water and tv never worked and foul smell in room but the staff are nice and helpful asked for cleaning , hairdryer and Mat all was serviced well

Location -Nugambakkam Modern and Elegant decor throughout the hotel Clean spacious and well maintained room Air conditioning good WiFi a bit fluctuating The staff at reception and breakfast restaurant helpful and service oriented Good breakfast variety Idli and dosa good Filter coffee good Overall Good experience , safe place with value for money !!

It was a short trip for a personal work. We missed the complimentary breakfast. But ordered lunch and dinner from the restaurant. The food was really very good and very reasonable. Rooms are very clean and spacious

I had arrived in the evening and had leave the room at 11 o’clock the next day, but the receptionist had given us an extra two and half hours. The morning breakfast was free, there were many dishes, but my wife and i had limited ourselves to two or three things, but one of the managers there, whose name i don’t know, came to us himself and offered omelette etc. All the staff friendly

It is very centrally located and easier to move. The room was very clean and the staff were very cordial. It is always a pleasure to stay in belstead.

Stayed with family. I don't recommend this hotel for family. Restruant
no food service from 3 30 pm to 6 45 pm. Room service is bad. Taste is not good. They dont bring plates and glasses. Gives ice cream spoon for taking curry. Room service take minimum 1-2hours room ambience pillows are very old, stinks. They don't have centralized ac, some part of plastering of room was broken. Bathroom is spacious, but no exhaust fan so smell is there. Towel that we got had black mark. Dirt. No proper tv channel looks like they have taken base connection. Hotel
it's a small place, doesn't look any thing closer to photos. I dropped my car for vallet parking, when i took it back morning. Car seat had chap-pal mark. And inside temperature was cold. Looks like some one had slept inside. Petrol level was low. Beware. Overall pathetic hotel. Stay at your risk.
