非常乾淨整潔，房間寬敞，床很大，軟硬合適，所有設施齊全且比較新。非週末價格合理。去大煙山住這裏最好，比蓋特林堡好多了。唯一遺憾是衞生間隔音效果欠佳，沖馬桶聲音很大。不過睡覺還是非常安靜。

Hotel said the rooms had been recently remodeled but that might not been true of the room we stayed in.
The rate was more than the room deserved.
Bathroom door would not close completely.
Bathroom door was rotted and peeling on the inside.
Toilet seat was dirty.
No kleenex in bathroom.
Breakfast selection was poor.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
Lack of sitting space in the room for the size.

Room was clean but bed and bedding were the most uncomfortable I have stayed in quite sometime. Not sure there would have been anymore comfort if I had slept in the floor.

This was our third stay at Cherokee Grand. It is a perfect choice for the price and location to the ******.

The hotel and staff were great. The room clean and updated.
If you want to sleep bring your own pillows. The pillows were most probably from Dollar Tree but I even think Dollar Tree has better pillows for $1.25. Oh they were soooo bad!!!

Very clean. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Walking distance to Harrah's Cherokee ******. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't partake of the breakfast.
We would stay here again.

The room to our door opened directly into the parking lot. It was noisy and unsafe. There was a water stain that covered 3/4 of the ceiling, the room had a terrible odor. Cigarette burns stains in multiple places on comforter. Pillows were old and lumpy- unusable. Looks nothing like pictures. The shuttle to the ****** was out of service. There was no refund option. ******* nor hotel could/would help. Very disappointing.

The valet people were so kind to us. The man at the desk helped us put alot and even the lady for the 2nd night that we stsyed. They were so kind
