There was no soap in the room.
The bed was almost made. One sheet untucked. No blanket or bedspread.
Sink looked like someone had washed something in it. Water spotted.
Refrigerator had smudges at and around the handles.

The room was dusty and the blankets were dirty
Also the carpet in the hallway was smell so bad also the one in the elevator me and my kids get sick because that
Also on the website says that they serve breakfast but when I asked them on the morning they said they don’t serve! Also when I get out this morning there was two guys drunk and having couples beer with them in the elevator!!

Room was absolutely spotless, I still cant get over that there was a full kitchen in the room with a full size fridge and freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, and small stove top and counter space! Most rooms twice this price don't even have a mini-fridge!
Most importantly, and I know I'm repeating myself, but the room itself was SO clean! It was amazing, even under the sink and behind the toilet were dustless.
Bathroom was a great size with a fan, and shower was the length of a bathtub with great pressure and hot temperature. Overall, I can see why it's an "extended stay" hotel- this room was nicer than my apartment haha.

Rude staff, I didn’t check out because no one is barely at the front desk. They rarely have clean linen to exchange. The room wasn’t that clean, they forgot the bathroom mirror and the microwave. The mattress protection looked as if it seen better days. Never going back!

The room was a decent size with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, but there was no coffee maker in the room or coffee on the premises. Not sure why they provided coffee cups in the room. The bathroom was fine except one of the towels had pretty nasty stains on it.
I’m doubt I would stay there again.

Bed was mattress was noisy every time my daughter moved it was cracking also room smelled like pure cigarettes

Great budget option 5 minutes from whole foods and similar. Our room was super clean and check in was smooth. Immediately by the highway. There was no "coffee in the common areas" as advertised. There was no coffee maker in the room, but the kitchenette had a full size fridge. 4.5 stars. Safe with main entrance locked. Plenty of free parking. No toiletries in the bathroom except for one bar of soap and a miniscule shampoo/ conditioner sample bottle.

The room flooded because of faulty toilet. We hat to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. My computer and my wife's phone were on the floir and got wet. They could be damaged. i should not be charged. Please let me know as soon as possible.
