It was ok, our room smelled of cigarette/cigar old ones, only towels for one person, mini fridge not plugged in found out why it made noises. Water pressure not great. 2nd room smelled better, water faucets in tub felt like they were going to fall off, hard to turn water in/off. Sink faucet hot/cold on backwards. No continental breakfast as advertised. And was double charged for both rooms!!

No breakfast at all, plus the ac was not working and on ******* there wasn’t any information about the fees related to pets, so we were overcharged.

Days inn of Chester VA advertised as having Continental breakfast. Got there and a notice on the door said due to staffing issues, they are not providing breakfast. Also they wouldn't provide daily housekeeping for extended stays.
The inn would not compensate for false advertisement. Nor would they refund so I could book another hotel. I felt stuck!

I booked this hotel based on the free breakfast. There was no breakfast. This facility didn't even have coffee for their guests. The room smelled moldy.

Hotel overall is decent but dated and wasn’t cleaned properly. Was doing some construction when I was staying so seems like trying to make improvements.

No breakfast, they really should remove that from there website. The room was at the bottom of the stairs with a big bright light shinning in the window. A sack of potatoes would have been more comfortable than the fold out twin bed. Staff did not even seem like they wanted to be there even.

This property ****** the was breakfast included and when we got there i asked what time breakfast was i was laughed at and told they never had breakfast included after we went to the room the carpet was very dirty half the lights didnt work . This place is a dump

I walked out and ate the cost of the room that wa sbooked as non-refundible with *******. 'Nuff said

They advertise free breakfast. When I arrived and asked what time do they server it. They said they do not offer any breakfast only coffee at 7:30am.
