I really have good experience about this hotel. The room was really spacious and clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. They always smile and help me with everything without asking. The location was at city-centre, easy to travel. Definitely my No.1 Chiang Mai hotel.

The condition of the room is more rundown than expected. Bad sound-proof. Our room was near to the lift, and we are often disturbed when other patrons walked past speaking along the way. There is no window, no natural air ventilation.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and well kept. Excellent juice in the lobby. Highly recommended!
