Great for the price!
Pros:
- lovely quiet location just outside old town, we got grabs and Tuktuks info the old town.
- lots of local food places nearby
- great pool!
- comfortable beds and spacious rooms
- TV has lots of apps like Netflix and YouTube for lazy days.
Cons:
One of the rooms I booked had an odd stain on the headboard of the bed, didn’t bother me but might bother some. Cleaning team explained it wasn’t fresh and couldn’t be cleaned, they tried again but it didn’t come off so appreciated that they tried.

The well-designed room is nice, neat and clean in a good location. It’s in a busy neighborhood but very quiet in room. Hotel provides soap, shampoo, towels, cap and toothbrush along with toothpaste.
At lobby, they provide free mini bar service 24/7 with a modern swimming pool.
Most importantly, i love how they prepare 2 high quality pillows in bed. It costs only 800 thai baht per night. That’s truly affordable. I couldnt have better nights there.
The cons of staying here is parking lot. Someday it’s full and hard to organize space to park, especially car during weekends.

Great and warm hotel, room is spacious and comfy bed. The swimming pool is a hidden gem where we spent half of day relaxing there.

Seems to be very new hotel. The lady at the reception was so nice and accommodating. Helped us to book an activity which is nor really offered. Free breakfast too.

A really nice hotel, had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on (firm but I woke up with no back stiffness). However, there were two things that irked me:
- the shower pressure was really weak
- on the first day, I had only one bottle of water, the other one was already used by the last guest. After I requested housekeeping, they didn't provide any bottles of water
Aside from that, the service was subpar for a hotel in this price range. One of the daytime receptionists is unwelcoming while the nighttime receptionist seemed like he was playing video games on the desk.

The hotel is clean with a good environment and decoration but you can smell people smoking at the lobby. Can’t blame them, it’s outdoor area. I love how they have a co-working space downstairs. The orange cat is the best receptionist😆 The parking lot is kinda small. But it would be perfect if you’re not driving there. Pretty affordable price.

It has a nice swimming pool and cat around the hotel. I love the small balcony in the room which is a very reasonable price
