Our stay was great. Me and a coworker were in town for the AHR trade show and I picked Kasa based off the pictures of they Gym. The gym was great, decent equipment and relatively empty which was great. The room itself was outstanding. large and clean with a killer view. Beds were comfortable and hot water was borderline endless. When the show returns to Chicago I will absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely delighted with our stay! The breathtaking view, spacious rooms, and the kitchen made it an exceptional experience. Having Target just a stone's throw away for breakfast essentials was incredibly convenient. Seamless LYFT access for downtown travel and the option to walk to nearby restaurants added to the overall charm. Highly recommend this place for a delightful stay! We felt safe coming and going.

9.8/10. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Just an 8 minute walk to the subway and 20 minute walk to the train station. Right next door to Target. The only reason I didn’t give a 10/10 is because the 4:00 check in was very inconvenient because they don’t allow you to wait in the lobby or have anywhere on site to store your luggage. We spent several hours outside in the 90 degree heat with our luggage. Also, there is a tv in the living room but not in the bedroom. We stayed a week and it would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. But overall I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Kasa was one of the smoothest vacations ever. It felt like I was staying in a newly renovated studio apartment. I don’t think I’ll go back to regular hotels after this stay.

This property is amazing! The location is perfect, with target nearby for any forgotten needs and many dining options within walking distance. The view from our room was amazing and only topped by the rooftop patio. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

We had a great view and the property was clean and safe. The woman working at the front desk of the building did yell at me for touching a door handle, which was about the only complaint I have.

The appartement was gteat..16th floor with a balcony with a beautiful view of Chicago...the place was clean..wifi was fast.. the indusrtial looking decor with the concrete celling eas great.and its pretty central in Chicago..
