Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

酒店位置很好，離湖邊很近，馬路對面就是梅西百貨，塔吉特超市，the baby shop，優衣庫等，離密歇根大街，華麗一公里，博物館也就1－2公里距離，走走就到了。

My girlfriend and I stayed after seeing Drunk Shakespeare a couple of blocks away on a Friday night. Staff was great and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at the Atwood the next morning with the additional treat of 2 free mimosas from the hotel. We will be back!

Our stay was mostly fantastic. It was my daughter’s birthday and they had a cake made of towels in the room when we got there as well as a goody bag. Super comfortable bed, lovely staff, pleasant cafe, cozy room, great views. The only issue was a shockingly bad shower. The water was luke-warm and the broke-down faucet/shower head was what you might find at your grandma’s house. The tv was also pretty outdated.

My car was vandalized while in the care of the valet at StayPineapple. The valet said nothing, I noticed the damage immediately and went back to discuss it with the front desk. They said I'd have to take it up with the valet company - I had to prod them to get the name and contact information of the company. The man running the valet disappeared as soon as he handed me the keys and we were not able to talk to him, despite trying to contact someone in the valet office while on site.
Otherwise, the hotel was quite lovely.

Great hotel! The location is awesome - close to tons of shopping, restaurants and Nightlife. Front desk staff were so kind and personable. Rooms were comfy - two duvets per bed!!! My only complaint is that because it’s a historic building they give you a real key and makes me a bit nervous as a female traveler if the key could be copied. Otherwise top notch!!!

Excellent property with very kind staff. The location is incredibly convenient and was a great value overall. Will likely be staying here again.
